Gilad Atzmon
Jazz saxophonist Gilad Atzmon has a blog where he denounces the policy of his country of origin, Israel. He is not afraid to bluntly express what he regards to be the truth. He is impervious to the concept of self-censorship. He speaks here about how little respect he has for the Western press. (*)
Silvia Cattori: Your political analysis, translated into dozens of languages [1], reaches a wide readership on the web. For whom exactly do you write?
Gilad Atzmon: I write mainly for myself. I try to understand the world around me. A few years ago, I began to understand that a lot of people out there were also interested in the thoughts I indulge myself with, so I started to let other people have access into my boiling destructive mind.
Silvia Cattori: At a time when the press has reached its lowest point ever, are you among those who still continue to read newspapers?
Gilad Atzmon: No. For many years I have not bought newspapers. I am interested in the Middle East, and the mainstream media has very little to offer on that front. Probably the only expert within the British or even English-speaking media press is Robert Fisk. If I want to know what is happening in the Middle East I go to “Counterpunch”, “Information Clearing House”, “Veterans Today”, “Rense.com”, “Uprooted Palestinian”, “PalestineTelegraph”, “Palestine Chronicle”, “Dissident Voice”, “Uruknet”, and other reliable websites.
Our independent websites and blogs are far more informative than the mainstream media. Collectively, we provide a source of information that people can trust, and we are rapidly becoming the main source of information. I see how many people are coming to visit my site. If there is a crisis in Gaza for instance, the public want to see what Gordon Duff, Ramzy Baroud, Alan Hart, Israel Shamir, Alex Cockburn, and Ali Abunimah have to say about it. I have zero respect for the mainstream media. And if the mainstream media wishes to survive, it had better move on quickly, otherwise it is finished.
Silvia Cattori: Doesn’t the disinformation regarding Israel relate to the fact that honest journalists are themselves subject to Israeli propaganda?
Gilad Atzmon: As for Great Britain, it is far from being a secret that the biggest supporters of Blair’s criminal war against Iraq were journalists like David Aaronovitch and Nick Cohen, both who also write for the notorious Zionist Jewish Chronicle. I guess that these people are now exposed. As I mention often enough, “The Tide Has Changed."
Silvia Cattori: We see the same mechanisms of censorship and information control at work in the new alternative media as well. Anyone whose views are likely to jostle the agenda of the online donors is censored. Don’t you think that’s sad?
Gilad Atzmon: Yes it is irritating, but to a degree, that is what is to be expected -- you have to remember that every form of discourse is, in practice, another set of boundaries. That may explain why the artist is far more effective than the Marxist agitator, or even the academic: while the Marxist or the academic are there to maintain the boundaries, the artist is there to present an alternative reality. My choice is obviously clear -- I am an artist.
Silvia Cattori: In your opinion, is the Israeli press freer than our own press?
Gilad Atzmon: Interestingly, the Israeli press is not free; but it is still more open than the Western media. In spite of the censorship, it is still open to discussions about ‘Jewish questions,’ and it is noticeably more critical of the Israeli State than the Guardian, the New York Times or even the Socialist Worker. By the way, even the UK Zionist newspaper, The Jewish Chronicle (JC) is more open than the Guardian: it was in the JC that I read a report about David Miliband’s relentless attempts to amend the British universal Jurisdiction laws.
Silvia Cattori: Despite the harshness of your criticism against Israel, the Israeli daily Haaretz [2] or the Arte channel have not censored you. Is it the accomplished jazz musician or the Israeli opponent that appeals to the interest of the Media? Is it a sign that something has changed?
Gilad Atzmon: Both I guess. I may be interesting for them in different ways -- perhaps I offer them an opportunity to express what they think, exactly where they lack the courage to say it themselves.
However, the title of my new album is “The Tide Has Changed” [3]. And something is clearly changing, and it is big. Also, I can see that more and more people are beginning to admit that my writings are becoming influential. When I tour around the world I give very many interviews and talks.
It is also true to say that I have a few enemies, who consistently try to silence me. They struggle to cancel my talks and concerts.
But they have failed, again and again. I am still kicking, and I do not have any plan to stop.

Bishop decries bombing of church, warns against partition of Libya
The apostolic vicar of Tripoli is warning that the partition of Libya would “create a breeding ground for terrorist acts.”
Following extensive damage to a Coptic Orthodox church during a NATO bombing raid, Bishop Giovanni Martinelli said that “we are united to deplore the incident, but especially to pray, so violence calms down. We all ask ourselves a question: why is this happening? We were astonished by the failure of international diplomacy and, perhaps, by its prejudice that makes dialogue impossible with the leadership of Tripoli.”
“NATO has renewed the military operation in Libya for another three months without regard to any possibility of dialogue, as called for by the UN and the Holy Father,” he added.

The unmanned U.S. aircraft struck ground targets in Pakistan’s volatile South Waziristan tribal region along the Afghan border in at least three attacks that lasted 10 hours
New Delhi: Some 20 alleged militants were killed on Monday in U.S. drone-fired missile strikes in southwest Pakistan, the DawnNews TV channel said citing local officials.
The unmanned U.S. aircraft struck ground targets in Pakistan’s volatile South Waziristan tribal region along the Afghan border in at least three attacks that lasted 10 hours.
U.S. drone strikes against insurgents in the border region of Pakistan have long been a source of friction between the two countries.

Two Nato tankers gutted

QUETTA: Two tankers carrying supplies for the Nato forces stationed in Afghanistan were torched in two separate incidents in the Bolan and Khuzdar districts of Balochistan on Sunday.
According to reports reaching here, a Nato tanker carrying fuel was passing from the Dhadar Qambari Bridge in the Bolan district when unidentified people opened indiscriminate fire on it.
As a result, the vehicle caught fire and thousands of liters of fuel were destroyed.
In a similar incident, unidentified people attacked a Nato tanker at the Wadh area of Khuzdar, 360km from Quetta.

Sea Breeze 2011 international naval exercises start in Odessa
The Sea Breeze-2011 bilateral naval exercises of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the United States Navy with invited representatives of other countries have started in Odessa.
The exercises, consisting of four phases, include, inter alia, combat firing, amphibious landings, embargo operations, survey of the civil vessels, arrest of offender ships. Representatives of 17 countries are partaking in Sea Breeze 2011: Algeria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Britain, Canada, Denmark, Georgia, Kenya, Macedonia, Moldova, Netherlands, Germany, Turkey, USA, Ukraine, France and Sweden.

Ukraine, NATO Launch Sea Breeze 2011 Military Exercises
Ukraine and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) on Monday launched the Sea Breeze 2011 military exercises in South Ukraine’s Odessa and Nikolaev regions.
Naval, land and air exercises under the title “Planning and carrying out the international peacekeeping operations” will be held till June 18. International anti-piracy operations at sea and on shore will be a major part of the exercises.
The drills will involve around 2,400 navy personnel from 15 countries, including Ukraine, the United States, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Britain, Algeria, Denmark, Georgia, Canada, Macedonia, Moldova, Germany, the Netherlands, Turkey and France.
Ukraine’s Air Forces, Military Service Law Enforcement of the Armed Forces, State Border Service, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergencies will take part in these exercises.
A total of 15 ships, boats and auxiliary vessels of the Ukrainian Navy, five boats from the State Border Service of Ukraine, two U.S. ships, four Turkish ships and one ship from Georgia will take part in the exercises.
The military exercises have been conducted in Ukraine annually since 1997 except 2006 and 2007 when they were canceled due to anti-NATO protests in Ukraine.

China: US waging global Internet war
The Chinese military has accused the US of waging a global Internet war against multiple nations in an effort to bring down governments, citing the Arab Spring revolutions as an example.
The accusations made by scholars at the Chinese military academy follow accusations by Google that Chinese offices attempted to hack Google accounts related to US government offices, officials, journalists, activists and politicians.
China is now asserting however that the US is using computer tactics via the Internet to promote regime change in the Arab world and claimed to have evidence that cyber attacks originated within the United States.
“Of late, an Internet tornado has swept across the world … massively impacting and shocking the globe. Behind all this lies the shadow of America,” said an article by Ye Zheng and Zhao Baoxian, scholars from the Academy of Military Sciences. “Faced with this warm-up for an Internet war, every nation and military can’t be passive but is making preparations to fight the Internet war.”
The article by the scholars argued that the nuclear threat of the industrial age has been replaced by the notion of an Internet war and that like nuclear threats, an Internet war could be massively destructive to the national security of a nation.
The article said China should “express to the world its principled stance of maintaining an ‘Internet border’ and protecting its ‘Internet sovereignty,’ unite all advanced forces to dive into the raging torrent of the age of peaceful use of the Internet, and return to the Internet world a healthy, orderly environment.”
The ‘Great Firewall of China’ already massively regulates and filters Internet content by internal viewers and employs a great deal of security code to prevent outside users from interfering with web content behind the wall.

Baku: “The signing of the agreement on Nabucco in Turkey will be a useful step in terms of diversification of energy routes”, Special Envoy of the U.S. Secretary of State for Eurasian Energy Richard Morningstar responded to APA’s question.
He expressed confidence that the agreement to be signed on June 8 between the transit countries would create a good choice for Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and other supplier countries. Speaking on the continuing debate on energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and the U.S., Morningstar said that next week during his visit to Ashgabat he will discuss Trans-Caspian project with the leaders of Turkmenistan.
With regard to the signing of an agreement for the sale of natural gas between Turkey and Azerbaijan, Morningstar said the clarity in this matter would be made after completion of the election campaign in Turkey: “In any case, I do not see any obstacles to the signing of this document”.

The control of the US, and of global politics, by the wealthiest families of the planet is exercised in a powerful, profound and clandestine manner. This control began in Europe and has a continuity that can be traced back to the time when the bankers discovered it was more profitable to give loans to governments than to needy individuals.
These banking families and their subservient beneficiaries have come to own most major businesses over the two centuries during which they have secretly and increasingly organised themselves as controllers of governments worldwide and as arbiters of war and peace.
Unless we understand this we will be unable to understand the real reasons for the two world wars and the impending Third World War, a war that is almost certain to begin as a consequence of the US attempt to seize and control Central Asia. The only way out is for the US to back off – something the people of the US and the world want, but the elite does not.
The US is a country controlled through the privately owned Federal Reserve, which in turn is controlled by the handful of banking families that established it by deception in the first place.
In his interesting book The Secret Team, Col. Fletcher Prouty, briefing officer of the US President from 1955-63, narrates a remarkable incident in which Winston Churchill made a most revealing utterance during World War II: “On this particular night there had been a heavy raid on Rotterdam. He sat there, meditating, and then, as if to himself, he said, ‘Unrestricted submarine warfare, unrestricted air bombing – this is total war.’ He continued sitting there, gazing at a large map, and then said, ‘Time and the Ocean and some guiding star and High Cabal have made us what we are’.”
Prouty further states: “This was a most memorable scene and a revelation of reality that is infrequent, at best. If for the great Winston Churchill, there is a ‘High Cabal’ that has made us what we are, our definition is complete. Who could know better than Churchill himself during the darkest days of World War II, that there exists, beyond doubt, an international High Cabal? This was true then. It is true today, especially in these times of the One World Order. This all-powerful group has remained superior because it had learned the value of anonymity.” This “High Cabal” is the “One World Cabal” of today, also called the elite by various writers.
The High Cabal and What They Control
The elite owns the media, banks, defence and oil industry. In his book Who’s Who of the Elite Robert Gaylon Ross Sr. states: “It is my opinion that they own the US military, NATO, the Secret Service, the CIA, the Supreme Court, and many of the lower courts. They appear to control, either directly or indirectly, most of the state, county, and local law enforcement agencies.”
The elite is intent on conquering the world through the use of the abilities of the people of the United States. It was as far back as 1774 that Amschel Mayer Rothschild stated at a gathering of the twelve richest men of Prussia in Frankfurt: “Wars should be directed so that the nations on both sides should be further in our debt.” He further enunciated at the same meeting: “Panics and financial depressions would ultimately result in World Government, a new order of one world government.”
The elite owns numerous “think tanks” that work for expanding, consolidating and perpetuating its hold on the globe. The Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, and many other similar organisations are all funded by the elite and work for it. These think tanks publish journals, such as Foreign Affairs, in which these imperialist and anti-mankind ideas are edified as publications, and then, if need be, expanded in the form of books that are given wide publicity.
Zbigniew Brzezinski and Henry Kissinger et al, as well as the neo-con “thinkers,” owe their positions and good living standards to the largesse of the elite. This is an important point that must be kept in full view at all times. These thinkers and writers are on the payroll of the elite and work for them. In case someone has any doubts about such a statement, it might help to read the following quotes from Professor Peter Dale Scott’s comprehensively researched book The Road to 9/11 – Wealth, Empire, and the Future of America (University of California Press, 2007):
...Bundy’s Harvard protégé Kissinger was named to be national security adviser after having chaired an important “study group” at the Council on Foreign Relations. As a former assistant to Nelson Rockefeller, Kissinger had been paid by Rockefeller to write a book on limited warfare for the CFR. He had also campaigned hard in Rockefeller’s losing campaign for the Presidential nomination in 1968. Thus Rockefeller and the CFR might have been excluded from control of the Republican Party, but not from the Republican White House. (Page 22)
The following quote from page 38 of the book is also very revealing:
The Kissinger-Rockefeller relationship was complex and certainly intense. As investigative reporter Jim Hougan wrote: “Kissinger, married to a former Rockefeller aide, owner of a Georgetown mansion whose purchase was enabled only by Rockefeller gifts and loans, was always a protégé of his patron Nelson Rockefeller, even when he wasn’t directly employed by him.”
Professor Scott adds:
Nixon’s and Kissinger’s arrival in the White House in 1969 coincided with David Rockefeller’s becoming CEO of Chase Manhattan Bank. The Nixon-Kissinger foreign policy of detente was highly congruous with Rockefeller’s push to internationalise Chase Manhattan banking operations. Thus in 1973 Chase Manhattan became the first American bank to open an office in Moscow. A few months later, thanks to an invitation arranged by Kissinger, Rockefeller became the first US banker to talk with Chinese Communist leaders in Beijing.
How They Manipulate Public Opinion
In addition to these strategic “think tanks” the elite has set up a chain of research institutes devoted to manipulating public opinion in a manner the elite desires. As pointed out by John Coleman in his eye opening bookThe Tavistock Institute on Human Relations – Shaping the Moral, Spiritual, Cultural, Political and Economic Decline of the United States of America, it was in 1913 that an institute was established at Wellington House, London for manipulation of public opinion. According to Coleman:
The modern science of mass manipulation was born at Wellington House London, the lusty infant being midwifed by Lord Northcliffe and Lord Rothmere. The British monarchy, Lord Rothschild, and the Rockefellers were responsible for funding the venture... the purpose of those at Wellington House was to effect a change in the opinions of British people who were adamantly opposed to war with Germany, a formidable task that was accomplished by “opinion making” through polling. The staff consisted of Arnold Toynbee, a future director of studies at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), Lord Northcliffe, and the Americans, Walter Lippmann and Edward Bernays. Lord Northcliffe was related to the Rothschilds through marriage.
Bernays was a nephew of Sigmund Freud, a fact never mentioned, and developed the technique of “engineering consent.” When Sigmund Freud moved to Britain he also, secretly, became associated with this institute through the Tavistock Institute. According to Coleman, Bernays “pioneered the use of psychology and other social sciences to shape and form public opinion so that the public thought such manufactured opinions were their own.”
The Tavistock Institute has a 6 billion dollar fund and 400 subsidiary organisations are under its control along with 3,000 think tanks, mostly in the USA. The Stanford Research Institute, the Hoover Institute, the Aspen Institute of Colorado, and many others, devoted to manipulation of US as well as global public opinion, are Tavistock offshoots. This helps explain why the US public, by and large, is so mesmerised as to be unable to see things clearly and to react.
Bilderberg researcher Daniel Estulin quotes from Mary Scobey’s book To Nurture Humanness a statement attributed to Professor Raymond Houghton, that the CFR has been clear for a very long time that “absolute behaviour control is imminent… without mankind’s self realisation that a crisis is at hand.”
Also keep in mind that currently 80% of US electronic and print media is owned by only six large corporations. This development has taken place in the past two decades. These corporations are elite owned. It is almost impossible for anyone who is acquainted with what is going on at the global level to watch, even for a few minutes, the distortions, lies and fabrications, incessantly pouring out of this media, a propaganda and brainwashing organ of the elite.
Once your picture is clear it is also easy to notice the criminal silence of the media on crimes being perpetrated against humanity at the behest of the elite. How many people know that the cancer rates in Fallujah, Iraq arehigher than those in Hiroshima and Nagasaki because of the use of depleted uranium, and maybe other secret nuclear devices, by US forces? Fallujah was punished for its heroic resistance against the American forces.
The Importance of Eurasia
Why is the US in Central Asia? In order to understand this, one has to look at the writings of the stooges of the elite – Brzezinski, Kissinger, Samuel P Huntington, and their likes. It is important to note that members of these elite paid think tanks publish books as part of a strategy to give respectability to subsequent illegal, immoral and predatory actions that are to be taken at the behest of the elite. The views are not necessarily their own – they are the views of the think tanks. These stooges formulate and pronounce policies and plans at the behest of their masters, through bodies like the Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberg Group, etc.
In his infinitely arrogant book The Grand Chessboard, published in 1997, Brzezinski spelled out the philosophy behind the current US military eruption. He starts by quoting the well-known views of the British geographer Sir Halford J Mackinder (1861–1947), another worker for the elite. Mackinder was a member of the ‘Coefficients Dining Club’ established by members of the Fabian Society in 1902. The continuity of the policies of the elite is indicated by the fact Brzezinski starts from Mackinder’s thesis first propounded in 1904: “Who rules East Europe commands the Heartland: Who rules the Heartland commands the World-Island: who commands the World-Island commands the world.”
Brzezinski argues that for the first time in human history a non-Eurasian power has become preeminent and it must hold sway over the Eurasian continent if it is to remain the preeminent global power: “For America the chief geopolitical prize is Eurasia… About 75 percent of the world’s people live in Eurasia… Eurasia accounts for about 60 percent of the world’s GNP and about three fourths of the world’s known energy resources.”
It is not just the geostrategic location of this region – it is also its wealth, “both in its enterprises and beneath its soil,” that holds such attraction for the elite whose greed for money, and lust for power, remain insatiable, as if there was a sickness afflicting it.
Brzezinski writes: “But it is on the globe’s most important playing field – Eurasia – that a potential rival to America might at some point arise. This focusing on the key players and properly assessing the terrain has to be a point of departure for the formulation of American geostrategy for the long-term management of America’s Eurasian geopolitical interests.”
These lines were published in 1997. Millions of people have died in the past two decades and millions have been rendered homeless in this region but it remains a “playing” field for Brzezinski and his likes! In his book Brzezinski has drawn two very interesting maps – one of these has the caption The Global Zone of Percolating Violence (page 53) and the other (page 124) is captioned The Eurasian Balkans. The first of these encircles a region which includes the following countries: Sudan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran, all Central Asian states, Afghanistan, Pakistan and parts of Russia as well as India. The second one has two circles, an inner circle and a wider circle – the outer circle encloses the same countries as in the first map but the inner circle covers Iran, Afghanistan, eastern Turkey and the former Soviet Republics in Central Asia.
“This huge region, torn by volatile hatreds and surrounded by competing powerful neighbours, is likely to be a major battlefield…” writes Brzezinski. He further writes: “A possible challenge to American primacy from Islamic fundamentalism could be part of the problem of this unstable region.” These lines were written at a time when this kind of fundamentalism was not a problem – subsequently the US manipulated things and chose to make it one by its provocative and deceptive tactics. According to its strategic thinkers, the US might face a serious challenge from a coalition of China, Russia and Iran and must do whatever it can to prevent such a coalition from forming.
For Brzezinski, “terrorism” – a Tavistock-type concept – is just a well planned and well thought out strategy, a lie and a deception, to provide cover for a military presence in the Central Eurasian region and elsewhere. It is being used to keep the US public in a state of fear, to keep Russia in a state of insecurity about further breakup (the US has trained and supported Chechen fighters, “terrorists,” throughout) and to justify presence of US troops in and around Central Asia.
The Concocted War on Terrorism
Terrorism provides justification for transforming the United States into a police state. According to the Washington Post of 20 & 21 December 2010, the US now has 4,058 anti-terrorism organisations! These are certainly not meant for those so-called terrorists who operate in Central Asia – the number far exceeds the number of so-called terrorists in the entire world. Unbridled domestic spying by US agencies is now a fact of life and the US public, as always, has accepted this because of the collusion of media and Tavistock type institutes owned by the elite.
The US historian Howard Zinn puts it very well: “The so-called war on terrorism is not only a war against innocent people in other countries, but also a war on the people of the United States: a war on our liberties, a war on our standard of living. The wealth of the country is being stolen from the people and handed over to the superrich. The lives of our young are being stolen. And the thieves are in the White House.” Actually the thieves control the White House and have been doing so for a very long time.
In his outstanding book Crossing the Rubicon, Michael Ruppert points out that much of the violence in the Central Asian region as well as in Pakistan, which has been encircled in two maps in Brzezinski’s book, was “initiated by the US proxies.” “Given that these maps were published a full four years before the first plane hit the World Trade Centre, they would fall in a category of evidence I learned about at LAPD [Los Angeles Police Department]. We called them ‘clues’.” This means that the eruption of US militarism after 9/11, and the event itself, were part of a pre-planned and coherent strategy of global domination in which the people of the US were also “conquered” through totalitarian legislation carried out in the wake of 9/11.
As Brzezinski puts it:
America is too democratic at home to be autocratic abroad. This limits the use of America’s power, especially its capacity for military intimidation. Never before has a popular democracy attained international supremacy. But the pursuit of power is not a goal that commands popular passion, except in conditions of a sudden threat or challenge to the public’s sense of domestic well-being… The economic self-denial (that is, defence spending) and the human sacrifice (casualties even among professional soldiers) required in the effort are uncongenial to democratic instincts. Democracy is inimical to imperial mobilisation.
Certainly post 9/11 legislation, the extraordinary expansion of agencies and surveillance of the US public is a cause of great satisfaction for the elite – the US can hardly be called a democracy now. As reported by theWashington Post, the National Security Agency intercepts over 1.7 billion emails, phone calls and other communications every day and stores them. No wonder Bush called 9/11 “a great opportunity” and Rumsfeld saw it analogous to World War II to “refashion the world.”
In order to achieve the objectives of the elite, the US destroyed Yugoslavia while Russia stood by mesmerised and impotent, carried out regime changes in Central Asia, set up military bases in East Europe and Central Asia, and staged highly provocative military exercises testing Russia’s and China’s will. It set up a military base in Kyrgyzstan that has a 500 mile or so border with China. When the Chinese protested recent naval exercises with South Korea were too close to Chinese territory, a US spokesman responded: “Those determinations are made by us, and us alone… Where we exercise, when we exercise, with whom and how, with what assets and so forth are determinations that are made by the United States Navy, by the Department of Defence, by the United States government.” As journalist Rick Rozoff notes: “There is no way such confrontational, arrogant and vulgar language was not understood at its proper value in Beijing.”
The US has acquired bases in Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, and the Czech Republic – and set up the largest military base ever built in the region, Camp Bondsteel, in Kosovo. According to a report in the Russian Kommersantnewspaper on 3 March 2011, a four-phase plan for deployment of a US missile system in Europe is to be fully implemented by the end of 2020. The US is also busy setting up bilateral military ties in Russia’s backyard with Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and is pursuing the goal of a “Greater Central Asia” from Afghanistan right up to the Middle East, a great corridor from where the oil, gas, and great mineral wealth of this region will flow to the coffers of the US elite, at bloody expense to the local people.
As remarked by the Indian career diplomat M.K. Bhadrakumar: “The time is not far off before they begin to sense that ‘the war on terror’ is providing a convenient rubric under which the US is incrementally securing for itself a permanent abode in the highlands of Hindu Kush, the Pamirs, Central Asian steppes and the Caucasus that form the strategic hub overlooking Russia, China, India and Iran.” The scene for a great war involving the great powers of the time – US, Russia and China – is now set, by design of the elite. It is just a matter of time.
Time and again the US elite has taken its good people into great wars through documented and proven deceptions – the sinking of the Lusitania during World War I, Pearl Harbour in World War II, and so on. The elite considers us “human garbage” – a term first used by the French in Indo-China. It is also generating a good deal of “human garbage” in the US. A World Bank report points out that in 2005, 28 million Americans were “insecure” – in 2007 the number had risen to 46 million! One in every five Americans is faced with the possibility of becoming “destitute” – 38 million people receive food coupons!
Michael Ruppert laments:
My country is dead. Its people have surrendered to tyranny and in so doing, they have become tyranny’s primary support group; its base; its defender. Every day they offer their endorsement of tyranny by banking in its banks and spending their borrowed money with the corporations that run it. The great Neocon strategy of George H.W. Bush has triumphed. Convince the America people that they can’t live without the ‘good things’, then sit back and watch as they endorse the progressively more outrageous crimes you commit as you throw them bones with ever less meat on them. All the while lock them into debt. Destroy the middle class, the only political base that need be feared. Make them accept, because of their shared guilt, ever-more repressive police state measures. Do whatever you want.
A global economic system erected on inhuman and predatory values, where a few possess more wealth than the billions of hungry put together, will end, but the end will be painful and bloody. It is a system in which the elite thrives on war and widespread human misery, on death and destruction by design. As Einstein said, “I do not know how the Third World War will be fought, but I can tell you what they will use in the Fourth – sticks and stones!”

4 - Military Escalation : "Phase Two" of the War on Libya

A new phase of the war is unfolding leading to a process of military escalation as well as the eventual landing of US-NATO commandos on Libya's shores.
An unprecedented deployment of naval power in the Mediterranean is occurring.
On June 1st, the member states of the Atlantic Alliance (NATO) meeting in Brussels decided to "renew the mission", namely extend the war on Libya, "for another 90 days to late September".
Since the beginning of the war on March 19, more than 10,000 sorties have been conducted. NATO acknowledges a total of 9036 sorties, including 3443 strike sorties over a two month period, (March 31, 2011-May 31, 2011).
Military operations are no longer limited to a high altitude bombing campaign, where strike targets are "pre-approved" and planned in advance. The deployment of helicopters and low altitude air operations are envisaged. The latter are to support the deployment of US-NATO commandos and rebel forces on the ground.
What is unfolding is an escalation of military operations, which at the same time is leading to a protracted war.
The USS George H W Bush supercarrier, the most advanced vessel in the US naval arsenal, together with its strike and carrier group has entered the Mediterranean, to join up with the Sixth Fleet in Naples.
Aircraft supercarrier USS George H W Bush (CVN77) is the World's largest naval vessel: with "four-and-a-half acres of space on its flight deck, making it capable of housing 90 jets and helicopters. It is home to 5,500 crew". Equipped with sophisticated electronic warfare systems, it is the World's largest "mobile military base" (Manlio Dinucci, "Boots on the Ground": Sarkozy and Cameron Prepare to Land in Libya, Global Research, May 31, 2011).
The USS George H.W. Bush Carrier Strike Group was sent on its "maiden voyage" to the Sixth Fleet area of naval operations, namely the Mediterranean. Subduing the Enemy into Total Submission

The sheer size of the USS supercarrier George H. W. Bush, its advanced weapons systems, its destructive capabilities, not to mention its cost, are the outright expression of America's imperial ambitions run amok. Under the "Shock and Awe" doctrine, the USS George H. W Bush is intended to astound and subdue the enemy into total submission.
Military Escalation

With the deployment of the USS George H. W. Bush and its Strike Carrier Group together with other allied warships, a new stage of the war is unfolding.

The deployment of helicopters and low altitude air operations are envisaged. The latter are to support the deployment of US-NATO commandos and rebel forces on the ground.
Britain's HMS Ocean deployed out of Cyprus, is equipped as a Helicopter Carrier, for Apache helicopters.
The Apaches would be dispatched from HMS Ocean, Britain's largest warship. In mid-May, naval exercises were held off the coast of Cyprus involving British and Dutch navy warships with HMS Ocean playing a central role as a helicopter carrier. "The exercise included air defence practice and live firing at sea with amphibious exercises in coastal waters".
In turn, France confirmed that it would be deploying its Tiger attack helicopters.
We can therefore expect in the weeks to come a major shift in the nature of military operations; the sending in of commandos in support of land operations, with helicopters and low altitude air deployments playing an important role. (These low altitude flights would not be limited to predator drones).
The nature of air operations will, therefore, become more focussed. The stated objective is "to bring the air campaign closer to the ground". The USS GNWB supercarrier and strike group will play a key role in the implementation of the next phase of the war.

Simulating the Mediterranean War Theater: The "Saxon Warrior" War Games
In the week prior to its "maiden voyage" to the Mediterranean, the USS H. W. Bush (CVN77) together with its Carrier Strike Group 2, took part in extensive war games off the coast of Cornwall (UK) under the auspices of HM Royal Navy (19-26 May 2011).
Dubbed "Exercise Saxon Warrior", the war games were carried out in a maritime environment, with the participation of British, US, French, German, Swedish and Spanish war ships. All in all, the war games involved the participation of 26 separate naval units. ( EGFE Movements » Exercise Saxon Warrior).
Of significance, the "Saxon Warrior" is among the largest war games conducted by the Royal Navy, in close liaison with the US Navy, NATO and the Pentagon:
"[They are] intended to hone the skills of the Bush Carrier Strike Group... so it can work smoothly with European forces during its current deployment. [in the Mediterranean against Libya ((M.C.)]
“The George H W Bush Strike Group is well prepared for this deployment,” said Rear Admiral Nora Tyson, the task group commander – and the first female admiral of a US carrier force.
“We’re delighted to be participants in Saxon Warrior. It provides an ideal opportunity for all the ships in the group to enhance our ability to operate seamlessly and effectively with other NATO units.” (George Bush bound for Portsmouth after war games with Royal Navy navynews.co.uk, emphasis added)
The war games bear a direct relationship to the "real war". The Saxon Warrior simulated both the multi-national command structure as well as the naval configuration of the NATO led war in the Mediterranean, i.e. in terms of naval, air force, helicopter deployment and possible ground force operations. The 5500 sailors on board the USS George H. W. Bush are intended to be used in the case of commando landings on enemy territory:
[The Saxon Warrior is] "an exercise designed to develop theater-specific combat skills as well as enhance cooperation between multi-national forces and government agencies. ... Saxon Warrior presents a myriad of challenges to the multi-national and multi-platform force by creating a diverse and unpredictable war environment based on fictional geo-political and military scenarios." While conducted under the auspices of the British Navy, low flying military aircraft and helicopter exercises were also undertaken in South West England and parts of Wales, simulating conditions in a fictitious enemy country. The focus on helicopter and low altitude air operations is fully consistent with the next stage of the war on Libya (as discussed above).
The "Saxon Warrior" war games are viewed by the US military as providing "an opportunity, as a deployed force, to integrate coalition partners into our command structure and that is happening for the first time," (Capt. While The Royal Navy coordinated the war games, the US naval force, in terms of military deployments and "simulated command structures" was by far the key player.
The eight-day exercise involved "single-mission" stand-alone scenarios "encompassing surface, submarine, and air combat". The last day on May 26 culminated "with a simulated war" in a maritime environment.
While based on "fictional" geopolitical and military scenarios, the participants in "Saxon Warrior" were acutely aware that they were training for the war on Libya:
"We are training in a deployed operation, so it improves our readiness should we become involved in any real world operations." (Ibid, emphasis added)
Saxon Warrior presents an opportunity to face a variety of geopolitical situations that change from day to day, ...
“Saxon Warrior gives us a challenging environment in which to use our war fighting skills,” “We have to think quickly outside the box. The more agile we are, the more prepared we’ll be for any mission that comes up during deployment. That’s the beauty of Saxon Warrior.”

The Anglo-American Military Axis
These war games are part of a framework of advanced military co-operation between London and Washington, involving the de facto integration of British and US command structures. The war games had been scheduled to coincide with President Barack Obama's official State visit to the UK, highlighted as a "Special Relationship" between Britain and America.
Of significance, the high level meetings between President Barack Obama and Prime Minister David Cameron were conducive to the formal establishment of a joint National Security Board, with a mandate to coordinate military decision-making as well as foreign policy. Headed by the U.S. and British national security advisers, the joint National Security Board seeks to further consolidate the Anglo-American military axis.
The Next Phase of the War on Libya
What is unfolding is an escalation of military operations, which at the same time is leading to a protracted war.
This shift in the direction of military operations geared towards aerial and helicopter support to "boots on the ground" commandos will not necessarily lead to an all out invasion, at least in the foreseeable future.
The USS H. W. Bush and its joint carrier group will be playing a key role in supporting ground operations through helicopter and low altitude air sorties.
"The Aircraft Carrier George H.W. Bush is flanked by a battle group consisting of the guided missile destroyers Truxtun and Mitscher, the missile cruiser Gettysburg and Anzio and eight squadrons of aircraft. It’s going to strengthen the Sixth Fleet, whose command is in Naples, alongside other units, including the nuclear submarines Providence, Florida and Scranton. Also added to the Sixth Fleet was one of the most powerful amphibious strike groups, led by the USS Bataan, which alone can land more than 2,000 marines, equipped with helicopters and vertical takeoff planes, artillery and tanks. It is flanked by two other amphibious assault ships, the Mesa Verde and the Whidbey Island, which from May 13-18 visited Taranto in Italy. The Whidbey Island has four huge air cushion landing crafts that, within a radius of 300 miles, can deliver 200 men at a time very quickly to the coast of a country without the ship being visible from land. Special Forces have been on the ground in Libya since the onset of the air campaign.
Mercenary forces on contract to NATO are also being deployed. (See Manlio Dinucci, A Secret Army of Mercenaries for the Middle East and North Africa, Global Research, May 24, 2011).
"Shock and Awe"
As part of a "Shock and Awe" strategy, bunker buster BLU 109 2000 pounds bombs are to be dropped on Libya using Britain's RAF tornado fighter jets. Shock and Awe is part of the "doctrine of rapid dominance" or "decisive force", used to intimidate the adversary into submission, as well as terrify the civilian population. (see video clip below)
Nuclear Weapons against Libya
It is worth noting that the use of Shock and Awe tactical nuclear weapons against Libya has been contemplated as part of this "humanitarian war". In 1996, Libya was the "chosen country" in the Middle East and North Africa to be targeted with a B61-11 tactical nuclear weapon. The latter is a bunker buster bomb equipped with a nuclear warhead.
The plan to nuke Libya was never scrapped. Of utmost significance, shortly after the commencement of the bombing campaign on March 19, the Pentagon ordered the testing of the functionality of the B61-11 nuclear bomb. These tests were conducted using the same B2 Stealth Bombers, out of the same US military base in Missouri, which were used to coordinate the B2 Stealth bombing raids on Libya at the outset of the war on March 19. These various developments point to a dangerous process of military escalation, which could potentially extend beyond Libya's borders. The broader economic and geo-strategic implications of this war are far-reaching.

What is Washington’s solution for the rising power of China?
The answer might be to involve China in a nuclear war with India.
The staging of the fake death of Bin Laden in a commando raid that violated Pakistan’s sovereignty was sold to President Obama by the military/security complex as a way to boost Obama’s standing in the polls.
The raid succeeded in raising Obama’s approval ratings. But its real purpose was to target Pakistan and to show Pakistan that the US was contemplating invading Pakistan in order to make Pakistan pay for allegedly hiding bin Laden next door to Pakistan’s military academy. The neocon, and increasingly the US military position, is that the Taliban can’t be conquered unless NATO widens the war theater to Pakistan, where the Taliban allegedly has sanctuaries protected by the Pakistan government, which takes American money but doesn’t do Washington’s bidding.
Pakistan got the threat message and ran to China. On May 17 Pakistan’s prime minister, Yousaf Raza Gilani, as he departed for China declared China to be Pakistan’s “best and most trusted friend.” China has built a port for Pakistan at Gwadar, which is close to the entrance of the Strait of Hormuz. The port might become a Chinese naval base on the Arabian Sea.
Raza Rumi reported in the Pakistan Tribune (June 4) that at a recent lecture at Pakistan’s National Defense University, Husain Haqqani, Pakistan’s ambassador to the US, asked the military officers whether the biggest threat to Pakistan came from within, from India, or from the US. A majority of the officers said that the US was the biggest threat to Pakistan.
China, concerned with India, the other Asian giant that is rising, is willing to ally with Pakistan. Moreover, China doesn’t want Americans on its border, which is where they would be should Pakistan become another American battleground.
Therefore, China showed its displeasure with the US threat to Pakistan, and advised Washington to respect Pakistan’s sovereignty, adding that any attack on Pakistan would be considered an attack on China
I do not think China’s ultimatum was reported in the US press, but it was widely reported in India’s press. India is concerned that China has stepped up to Pakistan’s defense.
The Chinese ultimatum is important, because it is a WWI or WWII level of ultimatum. With this level of commitment of China to Pakistan, Washington will now seek a way to maneuver itself out of the confrontation and to substitute India.
The US has been fawning all over India, cultivating India in the most shameful ways, including the sacrifice of Americans’ jobs. Recently, there have been massive US weapons sales to India, US-India military cooperation agreements, and joint military exercises.
Washington figures that the Indians, who were gullible for centuries about the British, will be gullible about the “shining city on the hill” that is “bringing freedom and democracy to the world” by smashing, killing, and destroying. Like the British and France’s Sarkozy, Indian political leaders will find themselves doing Washington’s will. By the time India and China realize that they have been maneuvered into mutual destruction by the Americans, it will be too late for either to back down.
With China and India eliminated, that only leaves Russia, which is already ringed by US missile bases and isolated from Europe by NATO, which now includes former constituent parts of the Soviet Empire. A large percentage of gullible Russian youth admires the US for its “freedom” (little do they know) and hates the “authoritarian” Russian state, which they regard as a continuation of the old Soviet state. These “internationalized Russians” will side with Washington, more of less forcing Moscow into surrender.
As the rest of the world, with the exception of parts of South America, is already part of the American Empire, Russia’s surrender will let the US focus its military might on South America. Chavez will be overthrown, and if others do not fall into line, more examples will be made.
The only way the American Empire can be stopped is for China and Russia to realize their danger and to form an unbreakable alliance that reassures India, breaks off Germany from NATO and defends Iran.
Otherwise, the American Empire will prevail over the entire world. The US dollar will become the only currency, and therefore be spared exchange rate depreciation from debt monetization.
Gold and silver will become forbidden possessions, as will guns and a number of books, including the US Constitution.

The Short Coming, Long Time Going
I’m trying to remember something. I thought about it yesterday but now it isn’t coming to me and there are so many reasons to go over to ‘mirrors’ and bypass ‘origami’. I think what I wanted to talk about had to do with shortcomings. Most things do, because it is out of our shortcomings that our miseries proceed. Everything that affects us negatively comes out of our shortcomings and all that causes us to prosper comes from the higher qualities of our being.
If you want to change the world and if you want to live in a better world, then Job One starts with you. Read the Witter Bynner version of The Way of Life. It’s an operation’s manual. You put that at ground zero in your being and then... if you have to have a religion, you layer that on top. If you want to be a member of any order, if you want to operate in any profession, you read that Lao Tzu and then you put your mufti on and you go to work and you can change the world. You will never change the world until you change yourself.
All the problems that you see in the world around you are because people did not change themselves before they set out to change the world. As a result they became historical lessons. Was the cost of what you did worth what you wound up with?
I’m not a survival expert but I know people who are and... more importantly, I am aware of where the real information comes from. Real information is based on personal sacrifice because individuals can get nowhere without the cooperation of their fellows. Everything you do comes down to what purpose you serve. If you are not asking yourself questions in concern of this then you will inevitably fail and screw things up in a small or large fashion. You can think of the universe as a design on the human body. Banker mentalities are anal retentive and get colonic cancers and visit the same upon the population. Warriors attack the heart against the essential purpose of the heart and so the heart attacks them and strokes figure into that as well. The most pervading malady of the times, in times of material excess, is stress. Stress is generally manifesting out of the ‘personal will’ thing and in times of material importance, over more refined visions of operating systems, stress is what the engine produces.
Tool and die people and dreamers need to work together. This is one of the reasons that I like Jacques Fresco. People come around howling about Masons and Illuminati and connections back and forth with six degrees of separation from Kevin Bacon. It is the integrity of the individual that matters and ‘by their works ye shall know them’. This is why Mother Teresa doesn’t get a pass and why Wild Life Funds and Carbon Tax scams are bad news, pretending to serve the interests of the defenseless and those trapped in misfortune. I suspect there are many bankers and other material feeders, reincarnating into those roles, but our job is not to condemn or ignore these people or to say it is their karma. Our job is to show them the way.
You lead by example. Do things correctly for the greater benefit of all and you won’t go wrong. Then you come up against special interests and powerful banking and corporate lobbies who want to fashion the world into a prison camp. That is how they do business. I assure you there is enough for all of us here. Nature is abundant. However, when Nature sees you acting like a cheap sonofabitch, at the expense of your fellows, Nature has to address the imbalance. This is why the control of information is so important to the bad guys. Look at who is controlling the information and you will know who the bad guys are. What we are told is happening is for the purpose of influencing our reactive behavior and that is why stepping away is the solution.
You step away from the jobs and taxes. You refuse to fly on airplanes. You get the whole world to walk away from the constructs of what the self-chosen rulers of the manifest superimpose upon us. The result is that the machine attacks Libya, to prevent maverick activity and this extends into the drug worlds, where entrepreneurs are not wanted because they have a better product. It is the same thing with the energy companies and the entire construct of corporate domination of ordinary life.
Usually in times of darkness those who are mind controlled from fundamentalist dogma; religious or political, go down with the ship. They didn’t have the drive, intelligence and heart to sacrifice in order to survive. I live in the mix, but I have lived with the understanding that I live according to certain principles and am very adaptable to changes in circumstance. I don’t buy things that I don’t need. I have been deceived as much as any of you but I am not allowing deception to continue to order my day. It’s not going to happen anymore and this is a significant point. You can change. You can do it today.
Cut back on senseless craving and most certainly investigate the effect of alcohol and Kali Yuga diet on your life. When you hear a lie, you can respond directly or surreptitiously in your mind to it. Don’t feed it and don’t give it a home. Lies are looking for places to live. Don’t let them stay at your house. Imagine your desires as being like a gas burning stove. Turn down the flame and see to the basics of what life is about.
If food costs sky rocket and if fuel becomes hard to get well, I only need certain things to survive and I don’t have to go anywhere. That is how I am designed. I already left those places where conditions did not meet my basic requirements.
You need to ask yourself, “How much suffering am I causing”? You need to look at what it is that you do that affects the world around you negatively and change it. This change is not easy because the world is streamlined to make you continue. You have to find a place to stop and consider the road that you are on. Two worlds are in operation at this changing of the age. One world is going and one world is coming. The transition should be simple and easy. Get rid of everything you don’t need and stop acquiring more. This alone will affect the state of your physical and mental health in respect of the challenges that are coming. So many of the maladies that people suffer from did not even exist in former times, they are a product of these times. Other times had their own horrible contagions that came about through ignorance of the proper operation of living but... these conditions were not the same everywhere, because the lives being lived were not the same everywhere.
Look at the impact of Moorish culture on our world from its fabled genesis. Look at every culture that was changing according to certain dynamics. I am not suggesting this ‘example’ as a template. I am saying you need to open your eyes to the direction that life is moving in and it has to do with living a certain way. It has to do with living in harmony and not operating as a predator. Some of you believe in divine activity and some of you do not but that doesn’t change the game board. Some things work and some do not. Some things are set up to profit the few and to leave everyone else buying lottery tickets.
Wishing and hoping doesn’t get things done. It would be different if you were just starting out but you are in the middle of it, so you have to cut your losses. Do you cut your losses on the backs of others, as we see in operation at this time, by those who should not be hard to identify or define, or do we do the right thing? Here’s the important feature of this posting. Doing the right thing just might save your ass.

6 - The Global Debt Crisis: How We Got In It, and How to Get Out

Countries everywhere are facing debt crises today, precipitated by the credit collapse of 2008. Public services are being slashed and public assets are being sold off, in a futile attempt to balance budgets that can’t be balanced because the money supply itself has shrunk. Governments usually get the blame for excessive spending, but governments did not initiate the crisis. The collapse was in the banking system, and in the credit that it is responsible for creating and sustaining.
Contrary to popular belief, most of our money today is not created by governments. It is created by private banks as loans. The private system of money creation has grown so powerful over the centuries that it has come to dominate governments globally. The system, however, contains the seeds of its own destruction. The source of its power is also a fatal design flaw.
The flaw is that banks advance “bank credit” that must be paid back with interest, while having no obligation to spend the interest they collect so that borrowers can earn it again and again, as they must in order to retire the debt. Instead, this money is invested in various casinos beyond the borrowers’ reach. This leads to a continual systemic need for more new bank credit money, more debt with more interest attached, to prevent widespread defaults and deflationary collapse.
Today this problem is particularly evident in the EU. The Euro is a fixed currency system that does not allow for expansion to meet the demands of the private lending casino. The result is that EU member nations collectively are being crippled by debt.
There are more sustainable ways to run a banking and credit system, as will be shown.
How Banks Create Money
The process by which banks create money was explained by the Chicago Federal Reserve in a booklet called “Modern Money Mechanics.” It states:
“The actual process of money creation takes place primarily in banks.” [p3]
“[Banks] do not really pay out loans from the money they receive as deposits. If they did this, no additional money would be created. What they do when they make loans is to accept promissory notes in exchange for credits to the borrowers’ transaction accounts. Loans (assets) and deposits (liabilities) both rise [by the same amount].” [p6]
“With a uniform 10 percent reserve requirement, a $1 increase in reserves would support $10 of additional transaction accounts.” [p49]
A $100 deposit supports a $90 loan, which becomes a $90 deposit in another bank, which supports an $81 loan, etc.
That’s the conventional model, but banks actually create the loans FIRST. (Picture how a credit card works.) Banks need deposits to clear their outgoing checks, but they find the deposits later. Banks create money as loans, which become checks, which go into other banks. Then, if needed to clear the checks, they borrow the money back from the other banks. In effect, they borrow back the money they just created, pocketing the spread between the interest rates as their profit. The rate at which banks can borrow from each other in the U.S. today (the Fed funds rate) is an extremely low 0.2%.
How the System Evolved
The current system of privately-issued money is traced in “Modern Money Mechanics” to the 17th century goldsmiths. People who left gold with the goldsmiths for safekeeping would be issued paper receipts for it called “banknotes.” Other people who wanted to borrow money were also happy to accept paper banknotes in place of gold, since the notes were safer and more convenient to carry around. The sleight of hand came in when the goldsmiths discovered that people would come for their gold only about 10% of the time. That meant that up to ten times as many notes could be printed and lent as the goldsmiths had gold. Ninety percent of the notes were basically counterfeited.
This system was called “fractional reserve” banking and was institutionalized when the Bank of England was founded in 1694. The bank was allowed to lend its own banknotes to the government, forming the national money supply. Only the interest on the loans had to be paid. The debt was rolled over indefinitely.
That is still true today. The U.S. federal debt is never paid off but just continues to grow, forming the basis of the U.S. money supply.
The Public Banking Alternative
There are other ways to create a banking system, ways that would eliminate its ponzi-scheme elements and make the system sustainable. One solution is to make the loans interest-free; but for Western economies today, that transition could be difficult.
Another alternative is for banks to be publicly-owned. If the people collectively own the bank, the interest and profits go back to the government and the people, who benefit from decreased taxes, increased public services, and cheaper public infrastructure. Cutting out interest has been shown to reduce the cost of public projects by 30-50%.
In the United States, this system of publicly-owned banks goes back to the American colonists. The best of the colonial models was in Benjamin Franklin’s colony of Pennsylvania, where the government operated a “land bank.” Money was printed and lent into the community. It recycled back to the government and could be lent and relent. The system was mathematically sound because the interest and profits were returned to the government, which then spent the money back into the economy in place of taxes. Private banks, by contrast, generally lend their profits back into the economy, or invest in private money-making ventures in which more is always expected back than was originally invested.
During the period that the Pennsylvania system was in place, the colonists paid no taxes except excise taxes, prices did not inflate, and there was no government debt.
How Private Banknotes Became the National U.S. Currency
The Pennsylvania system was sustainable, but some early American colonial governments just printed and spent, inflating the money supply and devaluing the currency. The British merchants complained, prompting King George II to forbid the colonists to issue their own money. Taxes had to be paid to England in gold. That meant going into debt to the English bankers. The result was a massive depression. The colonists finally rebelled and went back to issuing their own money, precipitating the American Revolution.
In an international first, the colonists funded a war against a major power with mere paper receipts, and won. But the British counterattacked by waging a currency war. They massively counterfeited the colonists’ paper money, at a time when this was easy to do. By the end of the war, the paper scrip was virtually worthless. After it lost its value, the colonists were so disillusioned with paper money that they left the power to issue it out of the U.S. Constitution.
Meanwhile, Alexander Hamilton, the first U.S. Treasury Secretary, was faced with huge war debts, and he had no money to pay them. He therefore resorted to the ruse used in England known as fractional reserve banking. In 1791, Hamilton set up the First U.S. Bank, a largely private bank that would print banknotes “backed” by gold and lend them to the government.
The ruse worked: the paper banknotes expanded the money supply, the debts were paid, and the economy thrived. But it was the beginning of a system of government funded by debt to private bankers, who lent banknotes only nominally backed by gold.
During the American Civil War, President Lincoln avoided a crippling war debt by returning to the system of government-issued money of the American colonists. He issued U.S. Notes from the Treasury called “Greenbacks” rather than borrowing at usurious interest rates. But Lincoln was assassinated, and Greenback issuance was halted.
In 1913, the privately-owned Federal Reserve was authorized to issue its own Federal Reserve Notes as the national currency. These notes were then lent to the government, eliminating the government’s own power to issue money (except for coins). The Federal Reserve was set up to prevent bank runs, but twenty years later we had the Great Depression, the greatest bank run in history. Robert H. Hemphill, Credit Manager of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, wrote in 1934:
“We are completely dependent on the commercial Banks. Someone has to borrow every dollar we have in circulation, cash or credit. If the Banks create ample synthetic money we are prosperous; if not, we starve.”
For the bankers, however, it was a good system. It put them in control.
Setting the Global Debt Trap
Prof. Carroll Quigley was an insider groomed by the international bankers. He wrote in Tragedy and Hope in 1966:
“The powers of financial capitalism had another far reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole.
“The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements [BIS] in Basle, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank... sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans…."
The debt trap was set in stages. In 1971, the dollar went off the gold standard internationally. Currencies were unpegged from gold and allowed to “float” in currency markets, competing with other currencies, making them vulnerable to speculation and manipulation.
In 1973, a secret agreement was entered into in which the OPEC countries would sell oil only in dollars, and the price of oil would be dramatically increased. By 1974, oil prices had increased by 400% from 1971 levels. Countries lacking oil had to borrow dollars from U.S. banks.
In 1981, the Fed funds rate was raised to 20%. At 20% compound interest, debt doubles in under four years. As a result, most of the world became crippled by debt. By 2001, developing nations had repaid the principal originally owed on their debts six times over; but their total debt had quadrupled because of interest payments.
When debtor nations could not pay the banks, the International Monetary Fund stepped in with loans -- with strings attached. The debtors had to agree to “austerity measures,” including:
· cutting social services
· privatizing banks and public utilities
· opening markets to foreign investors
· letting currencies “float.”
Today, austerity measures are being imposed not just in developing countries but in the European Union and on U.S. States.
The BIS: Apex of the Private Central Banking Pyramid
What Professor Quigley foretold about the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) has also come to pass. The BIS now has 55 member nations and heads the global financial pyramid.
The power of the BIS was seen in 1988, when it raised the capital requirement of its member banks from 6% to 8% in an accord called Basel I. The result was to cripple the Japanese banks, which until then were the world’s largest creditors. Japan entered a recession from which it has not yet recovered.
U.S. banks managed to escape by dodging the capital requirement. They did this by moving loans off their books, bundling them up as “securities,” and selling them to investors.
To persuade the investors to buy them, these mortgage-backed securities were protected against default with “derivatives,” which were basically just bets. The “protection seller” collected a premium for agreeing to pay in the event of default. The “protection buyer” bought the premium. Owning the asset was not required. Like gamblers at a horse race, derivative players could bet without owning a horse.
Derivatives became a very popular form of gambling. The result was the mother of all bubbles, exceeding $500 trillion by the end of 2007.
Because of securitization and derivatives, credit mushroomed. Virtually anyone who walked in the door could get a loan.
The tipping point came in August 2007, with the collapse of two hedge funds. When the derivatives scheme was exposed, the market for derivative-protected securities suddenly dried up. But the U.S. stock market did not collapse until November 2007, when new accounting rules were imposed. The rules grew out of the Basel II Accords initiated by the BIS in 2004. “Mark to market” accounting required banks to value their assets according to market demand that day. Many U.S. banks, like those in Japan in the 1990s, suddenly had insufficient capital to make new loans. The result was a credit crisis from which the U.S. has not yet recovered.
The BIS has now become global regulator, just as Quigley foresaw. In April 2009, the G20 nations agreed to be regulated by a Financial Stability Board based in the BIS, and to comply with “standards and codes” set by the Board. The codes are only guidelines, but countries that fail to comply risk downgrades in their credit ratings, something so costly that the guidelines have effectively become laws.
An article on the BIS website states that central banks in the Central Bank Governance Network should have as their single or primary objective “to preserve price stability.” That means governments should not devalue the national currency by inflating the money supply; and that means not “printing money” or borrowing credit created by their own central banks. Like the American colonies after King George took away their power to issue their own money, governments must fund their deficits by borrowing from private banks. The bankers’ global control over currency issuance has become virtually complete.
The effects of this policy are particularly evident in the European Union, where EU rules allow deficits of only 3% of government budgets and prevent member countries from either issuing their own money or borrowing credit advanced by their own central banks. Member nations must borrow instead from the European Central Bank, private international banks, or the IMF. The result has been forced austerity measures, as seen in Greeceand Ireland. The system is so unsustainable that commentators are predicting that the EU may break up.
The Way Out: Return the Money Power to Public Control
To escape the debt trap of the global bankers, the power to create the national money supply needs to be restored to national governments. Alternatives include:
· Legal tender issued directly by national treasuries and spent on national budgets.
· Publicly-owned central banks empowered to advance the nation’s credit and lend it to the government interest-free.
· Nationalization of bankrupt banks considered “too big to fail” (after expunging or writing down bad debts on inflated bubble assets). These banks could then issue credit to the public and serve the public’s banking needs, with the profits recycling back to the government, defraying the tax burden on the people.
· Publicly-owned local banks (state, provincial, or municipal).
Publicly-owned banks have been successfully established and operated in many countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, India, China, Japan, Korea, and Malaysia.
In the United States there is currently only one state-owned bank, the Bank of North Dakota. The model, however, has proven to be highly successful. North Dakota is the only U.S. state to have escaped the credit crisis unscathed. In 2009, while other states floundered, North Dakota had its largest budget surplus ever. In 2008, the Bank of North Dakota (BND) had a return on equity of 25%. North Dakota has the lowest unemployment rate in the country and the lowest default rate on loans. It also has the most local banks per capita.
North Dakota has had its own bank since 1919, when farmers were losing their farms to the Wall Street bankers. They organized, won an election, and passed legislation. The state is required by law to deposit all its revenues in the BND. Like with the sustainable model of the bank of colonial Pennsylvania, interest and profits are returned to the government and to the local economy.
A growing movement is afoot in the United States to copy this public banking model in other states. Fourteen U.S. state legislatures have now initiated bills for state-owned banks.
The model could also be replicated in other countries. In Ireland, for example, where the major banks are insolvent and are already nationalized or soon will be, the government could deposit its revenues in its own publicly-owned banks, add sufficient capital to meet capital requirements, and leverage these funds to create interest-free credit for its own local needs. That is exactly what Alexander Hamilton did when faced with government debts that were impossible to repay: he put the government’s existing funds in a bank, then borrowed the money back several times over, employing the accepted “fractional reserve” model.
Japan’s solution is also a variant of what Alexander Hamilton proposed two centuries earlier. Japan retains its status as the third largest economy in the world although it has a debt to GDP ratio of 226%. Japan has “monetized” the national debt, turning it into the national money supply. The government-owned Bank of Japan holds Japanese government debt equal to 100% of the nation’s GDP; and because the government owns the bank, this loan is interest-free and can be rolled over indefinitely. An interest-free loan rolled over indefinitely is the equivalent of issuing money.

7 - They Call This Justice: Supreme Court Legalizes Torture

Supreme Court Gives CIA Torturers, Boeing a Free Pass
On May 16, in another shameless capitulation to the Executive Branch, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to review a lawsuit brought by victims of CIA torture, handing Jeppesen DataPlan, a subsidiary of defense giant Boeing, a free pass for services "rendered" as the Agency's booking agent.
In 2007, the American Civil Liberties filed a landmark lawsuit, Mohamed et. al. vs. Jeppesen DataPlan, Inc., on behalf of five victims of the Bush administration's so-called "extraordinary rendition" kidnap and torture program.
The five men, Binyam Mohamed, Ahmed Agiza, Abou Elkassim Britel, Mohamed Farag Ahmad Bashmilah and Bisher al-Rawi, claimed with copious evidence to back their assertions, that their "rendition" and torture was facilitated by the Boeing subsidiary.
Not a single plaintiff was ever charged with a so-called "terrorism" offense let alone convicted of a crime in open court. That didn't stop America's shadow warriors from kidnapping, drugging and then whisking them away--aboard aircraft provided by Jeppesen--to CIA "black sites" or the dungeons of close U.S. allies in Europe and the Middle East.
In 2006, the firm's filthy role in CIA torture programs was exposed by investigative journalist Jane Mayer in The New Yorker.
Indeed, one Bob Overby, Jeppesen's managing director, said during a breakfast for new hires in San Jose, Calif., "We do all of the extraordinary rendition flights--you know, the torture flights. Let's face it, some of these flights end up that way."
Technical writer Sean Belcher blew the whistle on the firm and told Mayer that Overby, extolling the virtues of the corporatist bottom line, said: "It certainly pays well. They"--the CIA--"spare no expense. They have absolutely no worry about cost. What they have to get done, they get done."
Another recipient of the CIA tender mercies was Khaled el-Masri, a German citizen, who was kidnapped while on vacation in 2004 by the Agency after attempting to cross the border between Serbia and Macedonia.
According to The New Yorker, Masri charged in court papers that "Macedonian authorities turned him over to a C.I.A. rendition team. Then, he said, masked figures stripped him naked, shackled him, and led him onto a Boeing 737 business jet."
"Flight plans, Mayer reported, "prepared by Jeppesen show that from Skopje, Macedonia, the 737 flew to Baghdad, where it had military clearance to land, and then on to Kabul. On board, Masri has said, he was chained to the floor and injected with sedatives. After landing, he was put in the trunk of a car and driven to a building where he was placed in a dank cell. He spent the next four months there, under interrogation."
The CIA claimed it was all a case of "mistaken identity" when he was finally released, and dumped penniless, along the side of a road in the former Yugoslavia.
Mayer disclosed that after delivering their human cargo up to torture, "the American flight crew fared better than their passenger. Documents show that after the 737 delivered Masri to the Afghan prison it flew to the resort island of Majorca, where, for two nights, crew members stayed at a luxury hotel, at taxpayers' expense."
As a corporate entity directly profiting from the CIA's torture programs by planning and facilitating Agency ghost flights, Jeppesen bears equal responsibility for serious breeches of U.S. and international law. As a co-conspirator with the CIA, Jeppesen was complicitous in the Agency's illegal kidnapping and disappearance of "terrorism" suspects into CIA black sites across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
While American "justice" is now a euphemism for impunity for the ruling rich and a maximum security prison cell for the poor, others are far less squeamish when it comes to pointing the finger, and naming names.
As the Council of Europe reported back in 2007, "The Legal Affairs and Human Rights Committee now considers it factually established that secret detention centres operated by the CIA have existed for some years in Poland and Romania, though not ruling out the possibility that secret CIA detentions may also have occurred in other Council of Europe member states."
The Council "earnestly deplores the fact that the concepts of state secrecy or national security are invoked by many governments (United States, Poland, Romania, 'the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia', Italy and Germany, as well as the Russian Federation in the Northern Caucasus) to obstruct judicial and/or parliamentary proceedings aimed at ascertaining the responsibilities of the executive in relation to grave allegations of human rights violations."
"The Committee also stresses," human rights rapporteur Dick Marty wrote, "the need to rehabilitate and compensate victims of such violations. Information as well as evidence concerning the civil, criminal or political liability of the state's representatives for serious violations of human rights must not be considered as worthy of protection as state secrets."
Not that any of this mattered to the U.S. government. Shortly after the ACLU's suit was filed, Bush's Justice Department intervened, claiming that the case could not go forward and asserted the "state secrets privilege," arguing that evidence presented by the plaintiffs in court detailing their horrific treatment would undermine U.S. "national security."
Never mind that these programs were hardly secret and had been disclosed by multiple investigations by journalists and human rights organizations. Shortly after taking office in 2009, this position was defended by Barack Obama's discredited "change" regime, claiming that the entire case was a "state secret."
During arguments before the Ninth Circuit in early 2009, the San Francisco Chronicle reported that Justice Department attorney Douglas Letter told the court in a thinly-veiled warning that "judges shouldn't play with fire."
However, ACLU attorney Ben Wizner said during oral arguments "that the supposedly ultra-secret rendition program is widely known." Wizner noted "that Sweden recently awarded $450,000 in damages to one of the plaintiffs, Ahmed Agiza, for helping the CIA transport him to Egypt, where he is still being held and allegedly has been tortured."
"The notion that you have to close your eyes and ears to what the whole world knows is absurd," Wizner told the court.
Winding its way through the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, a three-judge panel overturned the District Court's dismissal of the suit, ruling that the government cannot dismiss the case and that the "state secrets privilege" can only be invoked after specific evidence is presented. The three-judge panel went further however, and stated forcefully in their opinion:
At base, the government argues ... that state secrets form the subject matter of a lawsuit, and therefore require dismissal, any time a complaint contains allegations, the truth or falsity of which has been classified as secret by a government official. The district court agreed, dismissing the case exclusively because it "involves allegations about [secret] conduct by the CIA." This sweeping characterization of the "very subject matter" bar has no logical limit--it would apply equally to suits by US citizens, not just foreign nationals; and to secret conduct committed on US soil, not just abroad. According to the government's theory, the Judiciary should effectively cordon off all secret government actions from judicial scrutiny, immunizing the CIA and its partners from the demands and limits of the law.
But there's the rub: the secret state had no intention of ever presenting evidence that the plaintiffs' treatment was "legal," and in fact, sought to cover their tracks and those of their defense industry partners in the hope of completely erasing this case, and others, including those involving the government's illegal warrantless wiretapping programs which most certainly "cordon off all secret government actions from judicial scrutiny," effectively expunging evidence of government crime from the public record.
Undaunted, the Obama administration appealed the decision before a full panel of 11 judges, and in September 2010, that panel reversed the Ninth Circuit's earlier ruling by a 6-5 vote.
Last December, the ACLU petitioned the Supreme Court to review the lower court's decision dismissing the lawsuit, but the Court declined.
"With today's decision, Ben Wizner, the litigation director of the ACLU's National Security Project, said in a press release, that "the Supreme Court has refused once again to give justice to torture victims and to restore our nation's reputation as a guardian of human rights and the rule of law."
Decrying the court's refusal to review the case against Jeppesen, Wizner said that "to date, every victim of the Bush administration's torture regime has been denied his day in court. But while the torture architects and their enablers have escaped the judgment of the courts, they will not escape the judgment of history."
Last month's dismissal of the ACLU's petition is all the more ironic considering that the Court, in an 8-1 ruling, permits police to conduct searches of private homes without benefit of obtaining a warrant if they believe an "exigent [emergency] circumstance" prevails.
In other words, we're to meekly submit to the further erosion of Fourth Amendment protections and can no longer seek relief from the courts simply because police, whom we know never lie or frame criminal defendants, have reason to "suspect" that illegal behavior is taking place behind closed doors!
But as the World Socialist Web Site points out, "a host of recent decisions, all of which in one way or another purport to show 'deference' to the executive, whether for reasons of 'national security,' 'state secrets,' or the 'exigencies' of police work, the Supreme Court is abandoning any effort to restrain the exercise of executive power."
Socialist critic Tom Carter writes, "These decisions, taken together, effectively relegate a US judge to the same role as a judge in a police state, who functions merely as an after-the-fact rubber stamp for executive decisions," and "should be taken as a warning of things to come."
While the three Ninth Circuit judges who slapped down the Obama administration's spurious claim of "state secrets" in the Mohamed vs. Jeppesen case believe that "the Founders of this Nation knew well ... arbitrary imprisonment and torture under any circumstance is a gross and notorious act of despotism," it should be abundantly clear by now that America's ruling class has no interest in defending basic democratic rights as the drift towards a police state under Bush and Obama has become a repressive tsunami.

For months, Tepco and Japanese officials refused to admit that there had been any meltdowns at Fukushima.
Then they said there were meltdowns at reactors 1, 2 and 3 ... but they might have only been partial meltdowns.
Finally, today, they admitted the obvious: there were total meltdowns at all 3 reactors. As CNN reports:
Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant experienced full meltdowns at three reactors in the wake of an earthquake and tsunami in March, the country's Nuclear Emergency Response Headquarters said Monday.
The nuclear group's new evaluation, released Monday, goes further than previous statements in describing the extent of the damage caused by an earthquake and tsunami on March 11.

Reactors 1, 2 and 3 experienced a full meltdown, it said.

But Tokyo Electric [on May 24th] released a second possible scenario for reactors 2 and 3, one that estimated a full meltdown did not occur. In that scenario, the company estimated the fuel rods may have broken but may not have completely melted.

Temperature data showed the two reactors had cooled substantially in the more than two months since the incident, Tokyo Electric said in May.

Tokyo Electric avoided using the term "meltdown," and says it was keeping the remnants of the core cool. But U.S. experts interviewed by CNN after the company's announcement in May said that while it may have been containing the situation, the damage had already been done.
"On the basis of what they showed, if there's not fuel left in the core, I don't know what it is other than a complete meltdown," said Gary Was, a University of Michigan nuclear engineering professor and CNN consultant. And given the damage reported at the other units, "It's hard to imagine the scenarios can differ that much for those reactors."
As the Japan Times reports today, the Japanese Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency has "more than doubled its estimate of the radioactive material ejected into the air in the early days of the Fukushima nuclear crisis".
Japan Times also notes that plutonium has been found in soil outside of the nuclear complex - about 1.7 kilometers from the front gate of Fukushima. However, the plutonium probably came from the so-called "hydrogen explosions", which hopefully won't happen again. (However, nuclear expert Arnie Gundersen believes that at least some of the explosions were caused by nuclear reactions in the fuel pools.)
While it is tempting to believe that the worst of the crisis is over, some of the reactors are more radioactive than ever, and nuclear chain reactions may still be occurring.
And it's not just the reactors themselves.
Remember that - when the spent fuel rods stored onsite within the reactor buildings are included - the amount of radioactive fuel at Fukushima dwarfs Chernobyl.

The greatest depression in human history is still in its starting stages. What the media and many officials often refer to as the "hangover" from the global financial crisis is in fact the end of the beginning. Originating in 2008, the global economic crisis took the world by storm: banks collapsed, the "too big to fail" became bigger by consolidating the rest, governments bailed out their financial industries, masses of people lost their jobs, the 'developing' world was plunged into a deep systemic crisis, food prices rose, which in time spurred social unrest; and the Western nations that took on the bad debts of the big banks are on the precipice of a great global debt crisis, originating in Europe, hitting Greece and Spain, but destined to consume the industrialized world itself. Though many claim that we are in a "recovery," things could not be further from the truth.
As the mainstream media is finally catching on to the reality of the mirage of the so-called "recovery", reports are surfacing about a dire global economic situation:
"Evidence of a deterioration of global manufacturing growth and renewed weakness in job creation in the United States emerged Wednesday, two reversals that have markets bracing for an economic pause, or worse... Add to that a daunting list of aggravating factors: the continued implosion of the U.S. housing market, an outbreak of worldwide risk aversion, high crude-oil and gas prices pinching consumer demand, further tightening in China and other emerging-market economies, stock market losses, lack of credit growth, the looming end to the Fed’s monetary stimulus, weak business capital spending, and the still-unfolding sovereign debt crisis in Europe."
And now top financial experts are warning of a new financial crisis altogether, since the monstrous derivatives market that played such a nefarious role in the preceding crisis has not been altered, nor have its systemic risks been addressed. The derivatives market - essentially a fictional electronic market of high-stakes gambling - has a value ten times that of the entire global gross national product of the world's countries combined. This market is dominated by hedge funds and the "too big to fail" banks, who in fact created the derivatives trading schemes. As one leading hedge fund manager recently stated, "There is definitely going to be another financial crisis around the corner... because we haven’t solved any of the things that caused the previous crisis." The market for derivatives is somewhere in the realm of $600 trillion.

You can see it happening in the way it has happened before, that certain interests jump the ship; run down the cruise line ropes for the next staging ground, even though they are on the ultimate staging ground. What happens next is anybodies guess but history shows the record of the past. So be my guest on this sailing ship. I’m not on that ship anyway.
This is The Apocalypse and the dirty deeds about war and money; the shape of culture, the assault on the mysteries of existence, the darkness of material fire, the question of what did and did not happen and the evidence that is emerging in a forensic, internet fashion is coming out because the conditions are on the ground and the people doing it are talking about it and wild tales are being told and laws are being made to suppress the right to question something that cannot possibly be what has been said. Brute force won’t work. Ignorance is no defense. They tell the truth themselves and then deny the evidence and it doesn’t matter anyway because... the law says that you cannot deny something regardless of the evidence and that is the problem.
So you have huge populations trembling under time bombs that keep going off, juxtaposed by a small minority of people who claim to be something they are not while they are genociding the very people who are the descendents of the books they base their religions on. What are you going to do? In their own words you have the evidence and it continues into present day problems.
A group of people forced themselves upon a land, with people already there, who were looking to take that land. They fabricated historical records to create pressure and lay guilt upon a nation of people, who actually surpassed them in the numbers of counted dead. They reduced the amount of victims at Auschwitz from 4.5 million to 1.5 million.
What does that make them? It makes them holocaust deniers. The very people pushing the production, deny the production because how could they lose 3 million victims and still have six million?
Does this make any sense? There are laws against this. People go to jail for this and have their careers ruined because of it, yet... they are doing it themselves. You have to love The Apocalypse and then you have to factor in that the Bolshevik Revolution was sponsored by these same people who then went on a massive campaign about pogroms when they were two thirds of the Cheka that applied it. Does this make any kind of sense?
It wouldn’t be a big deal in any case because people lie all the time but people are dying because of this. People were thrown off of their land in Palestine on the premise that these things happened but in the writings of President Eisenhower, Winston Churchill, President De Gaulle, there is no mention of crematoriums or am I crazy? I am not saying this is true or not true because I don’t know. The fundamental reality of my being is that I do not know so I can’t say but this doesn’t make any sense and they deny what they claim in their own records. What’s going on?
Huge amounts of reparations are handed out because of this. Money that is supposed to go to survivors of some holocaust, who don’t even get the money, is going on for decades.
The fourth largest military has been built on this. Blockbuster movies are made out of this. Children are forced to learn things in schools that can’t possibly have happened because, according to the links in this posting, in their own words, there weren’t even that many people around to have suffered this.
9/11 was done by these people. How much more proof does one need?
That’s the thing about the apocalypse. It is opening eyes and this cuts to the heart of religious and political control of the world. It’s all a pack of lies. You have these memorials built all over the world to a myth that they tell you in their own words did not happen, while they demand that it did happen and a lot of what goes on in world affairs is based on this.
I personally do not declare anything. They do. How does it come about that this could happen and that life would be so intricately involved with it? Why are these same people now trying to attack Iran on their way to Russia and China? It is a muddy road and I do not know what to say. They say it themselves and then make it illegal to question it. The obvious thing is that things are going to happen one way or another.
What are we supposed to do when the people telling us something, are also telling us something else at the same time? Then comes congressman wiener and a crotch shot. Who knows, whose package that could be? I know it’s not me, because I don’t wear underwear. I prefer to use toilet paper. Why would such a thing be an issue without a face? There is only one possibility and that is that there are other pictures. Otherwise why not deny it outright. They are being pushed out. As I keep saying. The Apocalypse is pushing these guys out. The cosmos is in town and the cosmos is going to start butt kicking.
Men of honor stand together but the bad guys rat on each other and that is what is happening because the system is corrupted and the heat is on. That can only mean war and incredible fuckups because... the cosmos is on the stage.
I don’t understand how damming forensics can be dismissed. Of course I failed to comprehend what the Supreme Court was thinking when Segway Bush came into power. Those vultures do not work for the common good and pervert the law that they dress up in robes to define. They work for the banks and not The Constitution of the United States.
For some reason, people want to be emperors. They want to move the world into disorder to make a buck. But a buck isn’t worth anything. It’s just a piece of paper, like George Bush said about The Constitution. Trust is what counts. I know what I trust in. I hold truth to be self evident. It is the only currency I know. If you don’t have integrity, then you have nothing. Integrity should be written into your jeans. Because it is what you give your life for. The measure of your integrity is what you are. I have struggled all of my life against demons and bankers, trying to live a life, like Jacque Fresco. I am not a tool and die man. I am a dreamer and a mystical poet but I keep believing something can come true, not just for me but for the rest of you.
You are what you are as a human being. Your religions are just the clothing you put on the gods you believe in. You can have a better world. You do not have to crumble under the force of a fool. There is a better world coming if you can work for the greater good. Live your life trying to be a better human being because it is upon you.
I have no quarrel with the faith of people. I take everyone as I find them and know them by what they do. No member of any order is out of order, unless they are out of order. We are people. We are not religions, or political entities. Those are simply clothing. Those are the mufti and uniform of obvious agenda.
Truth is truth or else it is a lie, by degrees according to intention. I don’t know what else to say except that we are all human beings. Is something true or is it a lie for the purpose of advantage? The glaring contradictions are self evident and the very people saying it deny it in their own words. What is truth? I think somebody said that. That is what it comes down to. What are laws? What do we base our lives on and live in fear of?

Palestinian Detainee Undergoes Surgery Without Anesthesia

NABLUS, West Bank (IslamOnline.net) -- Palestinian detainees lastly broke their silence and spoke about their "unspeakable" conditions inside the Israeli jails in a rare telephone conversation, which revealed how merciless the Israeli jailers were.
A Palestinian detainee in the notorious Israeli Naqab prison, one of many others, told IslamOnline.net Monday, June 23, by a cellular phone smuggled to his cell about his distress of undergoing a two-hour medical operation by an Israeli surgeon to remove his appendix without being anesthetized.
"He (the Israeli surgeon) shrugged off all feelings of mercy and noble meanings that characterize his profession and ignored that I am a human being. He showed his true face as an occupier. He take up his scalper as his rifle and was highly driven by this sense of cruelty," Anas Kamel Shahada, 24, told IOL.
"My suffering has begun when the doctor of the detention camp decided to refer me to Soroka hospital in Israel to perform some medical examinations, after I felt severe pain in my abdomen," Shahada, a Ramallah native, said.
He continued: "Handcuffed as I was, I arrived to the hospital and made some medical examinations. The surgeon then decided to remove my appendix. Shortly afterwards, I was driven to the operation room."
"Suddenly, the doctor gave his orders to the guards to put me on bed and tie my hands and feet and asked a nurse to prepare me for the operation," he added.
"I was expecting that I would be anaesthetized. All of a sudden, the doctor held his scalpel in his hand to start his operation. I got furious and asked him if he wanted to anesthetize me, but my words fell on deaf ears.
"I got anxious and started shouting for help but to no avail. I went into a coma upon spotting the blood gushing forth and feeling the severe pain. Yet, nothing moved the heart of the Israeli doctor, who wore his cruel heart on his sleeves," he said.
"Nurses gave me an electric shock to regain my consciousness; yet, the pains I experienced and the flowing blood led me to lose my consciousness again," said the underweight Palestinian detainee.
"The surgery, which was supposed to alleviate my pains, was a nightmarish experience. I felt as if lava was inside my abdomen. Upon ending the surgery, I was allowed to stay for only one day in the hospital, following which I was returned to the detention camp," Shahada said.
Medical Negligence
Shahada, a student of electronic engineering in Beirut University, was not the only victim of medical negligence inside Israeli prisons. The experience of some was far more dramatic.
Unfortunately, some cases ended in death - or to be more accurate, in martyrdom - like that of the Palestinian detainee Ma,azouz Ahmed Dalal.
Occupation forces arrested Dalal while attempting to travel for undergoing a surgery, as he suffered from a muscular rupture as well as some problem in the backbone.
Due to constant arrests and investigations as well as medical negligence, Dalal faced health complications. His health deteriorated day after day and he started to be semi-conscious and unable to move and lost weight, until he was moved to the intensive care unit, where he spent around 40 days until he breathed his last.
"There are about 700 Palestinians suffering from various diseases in the prisons of Israel. Such cases are neglected and face cruel detention circumstances that lack the minimum of health care," Palestinian Detainee Club said in a report published in May 2003.
Another report of the club, published on June 8, 2003, pointed out that the number of sick prisoners in the desert Naqab prisons amount to 200 out of 1170 prisoners.
Sixty prisoners out of the 200 suffer from stomach inflammation and ulcers, 13 suffer from dermal diseases, 22 from eye diseases, 25 from abdominal diseases, 15 from psychological diseases, 15 from bone joint diseases, five from ear diseases and eight from different other diseases.
"There are 22 cases that need surgeries," the report said.
There are around 8000 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails, distributed among 22 prisons, detention camps and concentration camps, of whom 1100 are administrative detainees.
A third report of the club, published in April 2003, showed that "the Israeli Knesset member and head of the parliamentary sciences committee Dalia Isaac revealed that the Palestinian prisoners are annually subjected to tests of about 1000 risky medicines without their knowledge."

Setting precedent could loosely be defined as establishing a pattern. In today's world, when we turn on the television we are constantly and consistently bombarded by pro-Israeli propaganda, there is no two ways about it, it's a fact, manifestly evident to anyone with the capacity to think. On the one hand we are currently being subjected to a smear campaign against Mel Gibson, who allegedly made some so called "anti-Semitic" comments about the Jews being behind all the wars in the world today, and on the other we are being told that no matter how many Lebanese children die, it's all Hizballah's fault and/or the fault of their so called sponsors, Syria and Iran. There is one consistency in all this, a common denominator that never changes, the Israelis and Jews in general are always faultless, they are inevitably the victims of others, never the perpetrators, and anyone who questions this special status is a no good 'anti-Semite' and/or, a 'terrorist.'
We never hear in the media about the countless acts of terror Israel is guilty of. For example, one never hears about the Lavon Affair, in which Israeli's targeted American assets in Egypt in the 1950s in order to frame Arabs and bring the United States into a war alongside their Jewish "Allies" and we never hear about how Israel intentionally attacked the USS Liberty, an American ship, in 1967 killing dozens of Americans and wounding more than one hundred. We never hear how Israeli's consider Jonathon Pollard, a Jewish American that committed treason by spying on his own nation for the Jewish state, to be a hero, or how Israeli leaders work surreptitiously behind the scenes with American officials to win Pollard's release from his well-deserved life sentence. The mainstream media has never mentioned Asher Karni, an Israeli Jew arrested in Denver, Colorado on January 2, 2004 for having sold nuclear weapon detonators to an unstable Islamic republic...or how his co-religionist Yehuda Abraham, an American Jeweler from New York City conspired to sell Russian made, shoulder launched, surface to air missiles to FBI agents posing as Al Qaeda operatives with the understanding that they would be used against non-Jewish Americans on domestic flights.
The fact of the matter is we have absolutely no reason to believe anything the media tells us today, not a damn thing. One can safely assume that anything the media is focusing on today is distorted, fabricated, and/or deceptive. Regarding Mel Gibson, the man is a fool. He of all people should have known better than to apologize to organized Zionism, i.e. the ADL. By doing so he sealed his fate, from the moment he apologized for making "despicable," comments about Jews, he provided world Zionism with the opportunity to tear him to pieces. Had he stood by his mostly accurate comments, you and I in all probability would be unaware of the remarks he made that night there is no way that organized Zionism would allow an American as popular as Mel Gibson to receive as much media attention as he has of late if he were standing by his words, no way. However, by apologizing, Gibson is admitting that he was wrong in making those comments and in essence saying at the same time, anyone that would dare say such a thing is a bigot and an anti-Semite. This is exactly what the media and Zionism wants to American sheeple to believe and it is for this reason, and no other, that Gibson is being made an example of.
If I were to guess what actually happened to Mel Gibson, I'd say that he was set up he may have been out imbibing in drink, and he may have been "partying" with young women, but the photographer who captured his drunken behavior on the cell phone camera was probably Jewish, and he probably called someone who sent officer Mee, also Jewish, out on a special mission to pull over Gibson and videotape the subsequent confrontation and arrest. Trust me, there aren't many Jewish cops in California, and the idea that one just happened to pull over Mel Gibson on that particular night, while driving under the influence is highly unlikely.[1]
Hopefully, the Gibson smear campaign will backfire on organized Zionism. He is still quite popular in the United States and most of his fans couldn't give a damn about his alleged commentary concerning Jews, despite what the media would have us to believe. I, for one, will be going to see any future Gibson movies twice. Zionists believe, and with good reason, that if they repetitively present an idea over and over, the American public will come to accept it as fact. It is for this reason that the news media constantly foists the preposterous idea that Israel is America's ally, that Israel is a democracy, that Israel is always blameless and the victim, rather than perpetrator of terrorism. You must reject these lies in order to free yourself from Zionist propagandistic technique if you cannot embrace pure objectivity while watching television, then you must turn off it off. Your future and the future of your progeny depend on it. If Americans cannot overcome the lies of the media, our children are condemned forever to fight wars for the Zionists until we have been bled dry and left penniless.
It is absolutely essential that people in today's world come to understand that the media as we know it is absolutely and completely monopolized by Zionists, mostly of the Jewish persuasion. This isn't a bigoted comment or an anti-Semitic tirade in any way, shape or form - it's an absolute, undeniable, and empirical fact. Once one has come to accept this reality, one can begin to break free from the negative effects of kosher propaganda and social engineering. Make no mistake about it this is pernicious mind control at its finest. Zionist control of our media today is so obviously evident that to deny it means that one must either be completely stupid, delusional and/or complicit.
Another recent example of ridiculous media mendacity is this idea that the Israel military is experiencing stiff resistance at the hands of Hizballah, or that Israel proper is under any real threat from Katusha rockets, which are in reality little more than large bottle rockets with a slightly bigger bang. The media would have you believe that because Katusha rockets cannot accurately target cities in Israel that they are somehow more of a "terror weapon," than a 500 pound bomb that can by utilizing a special delayed fuse cut through the roof of a family dwelling in Tyre and explode at ground level for maximum blast effect. The truth is, Katusha rockets are all that Hizballah has to respond to Israel's modern, state of the art, military technology, if Hizballah had modern battle tanks like Israel, one could safely assume they'd use those, too, but they don't. A Katusha rocket fired by an angry and desperate Hizballah soldier is just a step up from the rocks hurled by Palestinian youths in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. To believe otherwise is to reveal one's self as a complete fool. It is essential that the American viewing public perceive Israel as the victim and the poor, outgunned, and desperate, Hizballah soldier as a dangerous persecutor of benevolent Jewry. Don't be fooled, this is nothing more than the continuation of the big lie. Once again, if you cannot grasp the concept that modern military technology can easily defeat individuals running around with large bottle rockets on their shoulders then you need to turn the television off. This isn't to say that Hizballah soldiers aren't dedicated and in some cases dangerous to small numbers of Israeli soldiers. One has to admire their moxy and determination, but nonetheless, in the end, all a Hizballah soldier has to protect him against an Israeli soldier sitting behind three feet of tank armor is a few millimeters of flesh propped up by a relatively weak skeletal frame. But admitting to this on television isn't conducive to the picture the establishment media wants to paint for the ignorant American. Remember this, because if you don't, and you love your children, you'll soon find them being drafted to kill and die for Israel. Israel needs your children and they are already exploiting the Jewish media here in the United States to set the stage for a future military draft that will send your children off to die in wars that do not serve the interests of America or Americans.
Now, for the reader who refuses to believe that Zionists have ever been the perpetrators of horrific acts against defenseless persons, carefully consider the following. On April 15, 1946, a group of Eastern European Jews in Germany, with the complicity of Jewish American soldiers[2] poisoned the bread of some 12,000 German POWs with arsenic and murdered more than 1000 of them.[3] Michael Bar-Zohar, an Israeli Jew, wrote a book published in 1967 entitled The Avengers,[4] that delved into the many unbelievable atrocities committed by Jews against Germans, both civilian and former military, i.e. POWs in the immediate post war period. Bar-Zohar didn't pull any punches; according to him and those he interviewed for the book the Germans deserved it. Bar-Zohar then proceeded to explain nonchalantly how the American military covered up the mass murder in an effort to keep the German public in the dark. One wonders if the United States military isn't doing the same in Iraq today?
In another passage Bar-Zohar writes about the Jewish Brigade, a military unit adopted by the British and composed of Jews from Palestine willing to fight on the side of the Allies during the Second World War. According to rumors at the time the Jewish Brigade was scheduled to enter Germany immediately following the end of hostilities. With candor, the author described the aberrant joy felt by these Jewish soldiers as they fantasized about what they'd do when they got to Germany, about how they would murder German civilians in "cold blood," and rape German women:
"But now they were going to Germany! The men discussed the news with great excitement it was too good to be true! Give us just a month there, only a month" they told each other. "We'll give them something to remember us by forever. They'll have real reasons for hating us now. We'll have just one pogrom in round numbers, we'll burn down a thousand houses and kill five hundred people and rape one hundred women." And more than one youngster was heard to say: "I must kill a German in cold blood [Note, there is no distinction between combatant and civilian italics mine], I must. And I must rape a German girl That's our war aim, revenge! Not Roosevelt's four freedoms or the greater glory of the British Empire or Stalin's ideology, but vengeance, Jewish vengeance."[5]
So much for the idea that Jews aren't capable of being perpetrators, they indeed are. And if former President Truman can be believed, they are the worst kind of perpetrators, completely and totally devoid of compassion and without a modicum of decency or mercy for the vanquished.
"The Jews, I find, are very, very selfish. They care not how many Estonians, Latvians, Finns, Poles, Yugoslavs or Greeks get murdered or mistreated as D[isplaced] P[ersons] as long as the Jews get special treatment. Yet when they have power, physical, financial or political neither Hitler nor Stalin has anything on them for cruelty or mistreatment to the under dog. Put an underdog on top and it makes no difference whether his name is Russian, Jewish, Negro, Management, Labor, Mormon, Baptist he goes haywire. I've found very, very few who remember their past condition when prosperity comes."[6]
Lastly, I'll leave the so-called Christian Zionist or the skeptic with a few words uttered by Ariel Sharon himself to an Israeli journalist in 1983:
"Even today, I am willing to volunteer to do the dirty work for Israel, to kill as many Arabs as necessary, to deport them, to expel and burn them, to have everyone hate us, to pull the rug from underneath the feet of the Diaspora Jews, so that they will be forced to run to us crying. Even if it means blowing up one or two synagogues here and there, I don't care. And I don't mind if after the job is done you put me in front of a Nuremberg trial and then jail me for life. Hang me if you want, as a war criminal. Then you can spruce up your Jewish conscience and enter the respectable club of civilized nations, nations that are large and healthy. What you lot don't understand is that the dirty work of Zionism is not finished yet, far from it."[7]
So, if you continue to support Israel unconditionally, you may in fact be carrying the anti-Christ upon your shoulders to his throne in Jerusalem. One cannot support Zionism and consider one's self a Christian - the two religions are diametrically opposed to one another and have nothing whatsoever in common. The Jewish media in America has made Ariel Sharon into a saint, despite the fact that the man is a monster, and unless you are willing to support the devil's "dirty work," you had better take care as to what you believe in the near future. Quite obviously, if a "synagogue or two," were to go up in flames, one cannot, with any conscience anyway, automatically assume it's Arab terrorists or neo Nazi's that committed the act...after all, Sharon himself said such a thing wouldn't bother him in the least. Consider, too, that when an American city goes up in a mushroom cloud, and the Jewish media and Zionist occupied government claim that Iran and/or Syria did it, that the very same scum have the American media in a virtual stranglehold too. No, you can bet that the "dirty work of Zionism is not finished yet." Far from it.

12 - Zionist Savagery At Jenin Recalled

Thursday evening, September 25, 2003, civil and human rights attorney Carl Messineo spoke at the All Peoples Congress in Baltimore, MD. It is located near the site of the now razed Memorial Stadium, where the Baltimore Colts once played some of their greatest football games.
Messineo is a member of the Partnership for Civil Justice and the ANSWER Coalition's steering committee. In May, 2002, he had made a fact finding mission to Jenin, located in the Israeli-occupied West Bank.
At the meeting, the acclaimed film, "Jenin, Jenin," which has won an award at the prestigious Carthage International Film Festival, was also presented. It was co-produced by Iyad Samude, a Palestinian. It is a riveting account of how the siege of Jenin has affected the psyches of the survivors. Samude, a co-producer of the film, was himself shot and killed on June 23, 2002, after leaving an Israeli military-closed area near his home village of Al Yamun in the West Bank.
For background purposes, Jenin is a densely settled refugee camp of about 13,000. It is approximately one square kilometer in size and is populated by mostly poor residents.
On April 3, 2002, the invasion of Jenin by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) began. It lasted for nearly two horror filled weeks. If you're Irish, think of the sacking of Drogheda, in 1649, at the hands of Oliver Cromwell. The pretext by the Ariel Sharon Gang for the collective punishment of Jenin, itself a War Crime under the Geneva Convention, was that the IOF was looking for suicide bombers.
Besides desecrating a mosque in Jenin, the IOF buried people alive, executed POWs, randomly shelled, tear gassed and bulldozed hundreds of homes, leveled the center of the town, killed infants, unarmed men, women and children, denied humanitarian and medical care access to the people, and also used civilians as human shields. At least 63 Palestinians died, and scores more were injured in the savage attack. No quarter, no mercy, was given the people of Jenin by the IOF. None! The IOF even mocked their helpless victims by spraying the Star of David symbol on the walls of their collapsed homes and using their school as a toilet.
Crimes that cry to heaven were committed in Jenin by the IOF. By way of illustration, despite the desperate pleas of Ulm Jamal, a 68-year old woman, the Israeli thugs bulldozed a house, where her paralyzed son was trapped. His last words from underneath the tons of rumble were, "Oh Allah, Oh Allah" (See pp.149-151, "Searching Jenin: Eyewitness Accounts of the Israeli Invasion," Ed. by Ramzy Baroud.) The callous bulldozer driver called the mother, and others who were begging for him to stop, "Whores!"
One of the bulldozer operators at Jenin was later interviewed by an Israeli newspaper, (05/ 31/02), "Yedioth Ahronoth." He said with respect to his official duties during the siege, "If I'm sorry for anything, it is for not tearing the whole camp down...No one (in the Israeli army) expressed any reservations against doing it...I found joy with every house that came down... I have no mercy...I say if a man has done nothing, don't touch him. A man who has done something, hang him, as far as I am concerned. Even a pregnant woman- -shoot her without mercy, if she has a terrorist behind her. This is the way I thought in Jenin..."
Messineo said, "What happened at Jenin is an acute manifestation of the state of siege that the Palestinians have been living under since 1948. At that time, the Israelis displaced by force or threats of force over 700,000 Palestinians. The Israeli military occupation is all about dominating the civilian population and the entirety of their lives. It is about cruelty to break the spirit of the people. The Israelis have also developed an Apartheid system for control purposes. The bottom line is the Israeli occupation must be eliminated and the Palestinians' 'Right of Return' must be enforced."
Of course, the Israelis denied any wrongdoing at Jenin. Sure! This was also their position with regards to their murderous attack, in 1967, on the USS Liberty, and their vicious bulldozing death, in 2003, of activist Rachel Corrie. In fact, when their spy, the traitor Jonathan Pollard was first caught, Tel Aviv lied again. It claimed he was a "rogue agent."
Keep in mind that U.S. taxpayers have been subsidizing the Israeli terror campaigns against the Palestinians. Since 1948, there has been over $100 billion in direct aid to Tel Aviv, and $3 trillion in consequential costs absorbed by our national Treasury (WRMEA.com).
Naturally, the handful of the residents of Jenin who were armed, fought back heroically in self defense, inflicting heavy causalities on the invading forces. They knew of Sharon's reputation for bloodletting from his criminal exploits at El-Bureig; Qibya; Qalqilya; the bombing of Lebanon, in 1982, (with over 20,000 dead); and of the massacres at Sabra and Shatila.
It bothers me, too, that there is so much hypocrisy around the issue of Palestinian resistance to the Israeli Occupation. Take Roman Polanski for example. His film, "The Piano," depicted in a positive light, and rightly so, the Jewish resistance, in 1943, to a Nazi occupied Warsaw Ghetto. Unfortunately, Polanski's sense of morality, like others, is limited to only the fate of the Jews. At Jenin, in 2002, and in so many other Palestinian towns and villages, it is the Palestinians, who are daily being brutally victimized by the oppressive Zionist storm troopers. The failure of intellectuals, such as Polanski, to honestly address and speak out publicly in condemnation about the full dimensions of the Israeli Occupation is also a glaring example of moral particularism.
In conclusion, the painful memories of the IOF's invasion of Jenin linger on. However, with the help of activists, such as Carl Messineo, and many others, too, the day will come when the truth about this prime example of Israeli state sponsored terrorism will see the full light of day.

14 - Triumph Of The Will : Jewish Cultural Hegemony

For the past century, Zionism has been instrumental in shaping world politics - from tipping the balance in WWI, through ensuring the success of the Bolshevik revolution, the Western alliance with the Soviet Union in WWII, the growing alienation and humiliation of the Islamic world, the hotting up of the Cold War and gradual undermining the SU, right up to the still mysterious collapse of the WTC, and the subsequent devastation of Afghanistan and Iraq. Such zeal, such fanaticism demands one's awe, if not respect. How can such a small group gain such immense power? It's almost enough to make one believe that the Jews must indeed be the chosen people. The rest of the world - Christians, Muslims, Hindus, etc - outnumber them by almost a factor of 1000, yet seem to be dancing to their tune.
The roots of this astounding state of affairs lies in the Jewish cultural hegemony which triumphed in the 20th century both in the West and in the Soviet Union as a result of the broad acceptance of the ideals of secular Jewish culture. (1) This cultural hegemony is an essential element in the present US-Zionist project. A recent survey showed that 85% of American Jews support Israel in the ongoing conflict (only 1% percent support the Palestinians), allowing the Zionists to rely on them even if they don't like what the Zionists are up to.
Another essential element accounting for the recent alarming acceleration of Zionist plans was the collapse of the SU, with its benign non-Zionist Jewish culture. But all this has been aggressively ignored by Western intellectuals to date. Fears of being labeled anti-Semitic have suppressed any attempt to deal honestly with this important and vital development in world culture.
The Arts
While there are almost no Jewish artists of note (Chagall and Modigliani converted to Christianity), the world of art dealers and collectors, museum founders and patrons is dominated by Jews (75-80% of the 2500 core art market personnel of the United States - art dealers, art curators, art critics, and art collectors in 1973, and eight of the top ten US art collectors in 2001 (ARTnews)). Where would the art world be without the Guggenheims and Hammers, not to mention the hundreds and hundreds of art dealers?
How can we explain this? In "A Study of Art" by Israel Shamir, the author argues that the success of Jews in the art market is a confluence of Jewish financial hegemony combined with an innate preference for intellectual or scholarly pursuit. As for the lack of success as artists: "For many generations, Jews never entered churches and hardly ever saw paintings. They were conditioned to reject image as part of their rejection of idols. In the course of a two thousand year long selection process, visual gifts of Jews were not developed, as opposed to the ability to learn, argue and convince honed to perfection in the Talmudic environment."
The invention of photography, the subsequent 20th c explosion of museums and their decontextualized and desacralized art - pagan, Christian and increasingly now, Islamic - coincides exactly with the ascendancy of Jewish hegemony in the administration and control of arts in the West. Shamir argues that this suits the Zionist purpose of weakening the cultural hegemony of Christianity and Islam. The increasing dominance of Jewish control of Western financial and media interests through the 20th c served to cement this ascendancy.
Similar arguments can be made with respect to the astounding success of 20th c Jewish popular musicians (Gershwin, Cohen, Berlin) and the hegemony of secular Jewish popular culture in Hollywood. 2/ After a golden period of liberalism through the late 1940s, however, the creation of Israel and the pall of anti-communist witch-hunting in the US abruptly changed the flavor of popular culture in the West. It discarded any open advocacy of progressive ideals, and came to rely on more and more explicit sex and violence to mesmerize audiences, as the reality of US imperialism and Zionist expansion became more and more violent in the real world. Not so much a conscious conspiracy per se, but, especially by the late '60s a core of Zionist fanatics in the US and Israel ceaselessly pushing the aggressive anti-communist policies that suited American imperialism and greater Israel' s needs, with their allies in media and the cultural industries contributing as best they could.
The Soviet Jewish Camelot
In the case of the Soviet Union, the upheaval that created the SU was an almost perfect environment for the blossoming of Jewish PROGRESSIVE culture. The old Tsarist intelligentsia was either wiped out or fled abroad, leaving the radical urban Jews, liberated from their ghetto shackles, to pick up the pieces. The ascendancy of largely assimilated Jewish artists and writers helped shape a golden age of socialist culture through the 1970s, giving us a glimpse of what a non-Zionist socialist New World Order might have looked like. Film directors from Eisenstein to Heifitz, Gaidai to Ryanzanov, produced uplifting dramas and comedies; popular composers such as Lepin and Dunaevsky wrote dozens of memorable film scores; writers such as Pasternak and Babel wrote unforgettable works.
Stripped of the constraints of capitalism and their ghetto mentality, Soviet Jews made an indelible contribution to world progressive culture. Harnessed to a noble end, the cultural works of Soviet Jews in the 20th c can be considered the pinnacle of Jewish achievement in the arts, possibly of all times. True, Stalin put a break on the process, eliminating not only the old Bolsheviks, but the leading Jews in the CP and the arts, making sure the socialism had HIS stamp on it. The terror of Stalin also meant blow-back, as survivors of the terror returned under Khrushchev, forming a group from which the dissident and refusenik movements (where Jews played a prominant role) arose in the '60s.
Stalin, Israel And The SU's Collapse
One of Stalin's fatal mistakes was the recognition and arming of the state of Israel in 1948, thinking Israel would slip quietly into the Soviet fold out of gratitude and respect for his greatness, providing an ally against the strong anti-communist element in America. Only when Golda Meir, the young Israeli Prime Minister came in 1948 to thank him, and was mobbed by worshipful crowds of Soviet Jewish admirers, he realized that HE was being wagged by the Zionist tail. Once they had achieved Soviet approval for the creation of a state of Israel, the Zionists became implacable anti-communists, realizing they had all the support they needed from Washington. The Cold War, with Israel now enthusiastically playing its part, ensured that the blossoming of progressive Soviet Jewish culture remained unknown abroad. US hegemony outside the socialist bloc allowed it to flood the world with the glitz and violence of Hollywood instead. It is interesting how little Israel itself has contributed to world culture in its 50 years (minus the emigre Soviet Jewish violinists and pianists).
Stalin's planned revenge began with the infamous doctors' plot in 1953 which was to be a prelude to a massive purge of Jews. But instead it led to his sudden death (murder?) and the continued blossoming of Soviet Jewish culture mentioned above. However, the blow-back from Stalin's terror, plus the growing success of lobbying efforts by Israel and its US supporters to allow Jewish emigration soon led to a flood of Soviet Jews - over a million - packing their bags, violins and physics manuscripts and heading for the Promised Land, fatally stabbing the SU in the head and heart. Whether it was Reagan's massive arms build-up or the huge emigration of this vital intelligentsia that was the straw that broke the Soviet camel's back will fascinate historians for years to come. The essential fact here is that the benign cultural hegemony of Soviet Jews died out with the collapse of the SU, while the world Zionist agenda accelerated.
Ironically as the SU collapsed, the economy fell into the hands of a tiny cabal of the remaining Jews - Khodorkovsky, Gusinsky, Berezovsky, Adamovich, Chubais: 7 of the 8 top Russian oligarchs are Jews now, and Russian TV is flooded with Hollywood movies, sit-coms and imitation talk shows. Russians joke that Russia is little more than a province of Israel now, as reflected in its laregly pro-Israeli policies. The mouse has swallowed the bear.
Evangelical Faustian pact and other evils
Once the white mouse-turned-elephant in the room is identified clearly, how things fall into place!
* For instance, what about the Zionist evangelical Christians (who are deeply anti-Semitic)? Ironically, though Luther himself loathed Judaism, the Protestant reformation, with its severe style, rejection of icons, and a literal reading of the Bible, is much closer to Judaism than Catholicism. The embrace of secular Jewish ideals by the West and the obsession by fundamentalists and Zionists alike with Armageddon brought Zionists and Protestant fundamentalists even closer together. The Evangelicals believe (along with President Bush) that Armageddon will see the return of all Jews to Israel and their mass conversion as revealed in Revelations. Besides, this unholy alliance is nothing new. Garaudy documents how the Nazis initially approved of and negotiated with the Zionists, who promised to take all the Jews out of Europe. The present Christian Zionists are just the reincarnation of the Nazis (Nazi-lite).
* The bald plans to remake the Middle East to create weak, pro-Israeli Muslim states, with American military might ensuring both Israel's safety as it continues its war against the Palestinians and uninterrupted supplies of oil to the US and Israel. This perpetual war against US-Israel's enemies has only been possible with the collapse of the SU and its benign Jewish culture.

* As for the West's museum fetish, I used to force myself to like museums, and 'religiously' went to them on my travels, but I have come to loathe them. I now see WHY I loathe them. Museums do nothing to restore spirituality, just as zoos do nothing to protect fast disappearing Nature. "But when will we see holocaust museums dedicated to the native people or the blacks?" you ask innocently. "Surely these terrible American genocides deserve a symbol of remorse today."

I found Leon Uris's "Exodus" the other day in the only English library in Tashkent and decided to re-read it (such an exciting, real-life adventure story and TRUE!! I remember from long ago) - this time to deconstruct it. A few quotes:
"This is the soldier of the new empire," [US journalist] Mark said, taking a dollar bill from his pocket: "We've got millions of these green soldiers moving into every corner of the world. Greatest occupying force you've ever seen. A bloodless conquest:"
Uris's text is full of anti-Arab racism: "the dogma of Islam had erupted upon the wild semicivilized Bedouin tribes." "Cunning, treachery, murder, feuds, and jealousies became a way of life [for the Arabs]. Cruelty from brother to brother was common." "Haj Amin el Husseini was the most vile, underhanded schemer in a part of the world known for vile, underhanded schemers."
"We will get farmers when the pogroms get bad enough again," [pre-WWI Zionist settler] Jossi answered. "As for the Turks, you can buy them. As for the Arabs, we must learn to live side by side with them in peace." This, the only benign Zionist's view was of course ridiculously naive, and he is taunted as "Ghetto Jew Barak" later by his brother, the committed Zionist terrorist, Ari Ben Canaan.
The only sympathetic Arab [Jossi's friend early in the novel until the Arabs prove to be impossible after all] admires the drive of the Jews "but yet he could not believe that the newcomers would not eventually engulf and exploit the Arabs as all the others before them had done." [Oops, the truth!] The story ends oddly enough with Ari Ben Canaan marrying the Christian American shiksa Kitty Fremont (their children will not be RACIALLY Jewish, you say in horror), ironically foreshadowing the predominantly Christian US commitment to a continually expanding Israel. It also subtley underlines the fact that already in 1948, Zionism is no longer an issue of RACE, but of like-minded imperialists creating their capitalist New World Order (despite the quaint kibbutzim that gives Kitty a momentary frisson).
Or take the latest Star Trek mini-series "Enterprise" which starts with an unprovoked attack upon Earth that is an obvious reproduction of the 9/11 attacks. A spaceship appears near Earth and blasts a 20 mile-wide trench into the Earth -- from Florida to Venezuala. 70 million people are killed.
The same bewilderment follows: Who has attacked us and why? It is a people called the Zindi, disgusting insect-like characters who come from "unstable space." We discover that their conspirators are planning to build a bioweapon that will eradicate the entire human race. Hmmm. Zindi=Arabs.
Unstable space=the Muslim Middle East. The conspirators=Al-Qaeda. The good guys talk about how they will do "whatever is necessary" to get information and to stop the Zindi--with the implied threat of justified violence and torture. In case you didn't get the point, a captive is then conveniently tortured to extract vital information about the Zindi. The Zindi control a Trellium-D mine on an asteroid. Trellium-D is a crucial material there because it is needed to protect ships from the ravages of unstable space (=oil). Unstable space is an evil place where theft and exploitation are normal. The good guys enter a space trading station which resembles an Arab bazaar. It is chaotic and people are hawking goods and seeking to haggle.
One gets the feeling again that these people are ruthless and have no moral sense. On the wall in this bazaar there is a sign written in Arabic script. This is, of course, the Zionist portrayal of the entire Arab/Muslim world. There is even a subplot requiring that the Vulcans (=French) be wiped out as they have turned against the humans, having been infected by a virus which destroys their ability to reason.
The Ultimate No-No
Leaving no rock upstairs unturned, I took that ultimate fateful step: to question the very holocaust itself! I discovered the CAUSE CELEBRE of holocaust revisionism to be the eminent French Marxist, Roger Garaudy, who in 1982 wrote a book exposing the myths of Zionism and suggesting the holocaust had been grossly overblown and manipulated to justify the creation of Israel and its subsequent persecution of the Palestinians. He was later charged and convicted in 1998 under a 1990 law making it a crime to contest crimes against humanity as defined at Nuremberg and his book banned.
DH Lawrence would have been proud. However, while Rushdie was being feted by the liberal-left establishment, Garaudy was universally condemned, the message being - slandering Islam is OK, but don't dare criticize the holocaust industry. I suspect few actually read his book, which relies primarily on Jewish and Zionist sources and shows not a trace of anti-Semitism. A 20th c Dreyfus, he launched a movement which continues to gain force. Interestingly, then-Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Simon Wiesenthal Center and the Zionist Organization of America designated such books as Garaudy's "Founding Myths of Modern Israel" as the "number one threat to Israel." Hmm.
So just where DID this 6m figure come from? Just like the figures of Stalin's purges, which were massively inflated in the interests of anti-communism (instead of the 20-50m that Western 'scholars' have estimated for decades, the actual numbers are less then 1m according to recently opened archives), could it be that the holocaust figures were grossly inflated to meet the needs of Zionists to justify their violent, imperialist ambitions? Yes, a more realistic figure is 1-3m, but any attempt to set the record straight is met with screams of outrage from Zionists and legal action.

15 - Shadow Aspects Of This Society

This society was founded in blood and violence; yet we chose to see ourselves in black & white terms founded upon INNOCENCE & EVIL.
These extremes are what have left us unprepared to deal with what we have allowed ourselves to become. This child of INNOCENCE is sitting of a leaf from the Devils' Claw and is blissfully unaware of what lies ahead (for everyone) in this ruined-world that we have so blindly allowed to grow from the pure EVIL of those that have written and directed this chapter in Hell that we call 2011.
This is part of what is meant by the Shadow-Aspects of the human mind. Jung referred to this anomaly as 'being afraid of the shadow of ourselves' that follows us wherever we go. Yet in reality that shadow is only the shadow that is created by the light of sanity that each of us holds in our hands: Against the darkness of the unknown-mists that swirl around us wherever we might choose to go. This comes before everything else that we create in this world where each of us must find our own way to live.
The world where we are now is the direct result of all that we did and did not do, just to have come to this moment. If you go back and watch some of the newsreel footage that was seen in every movie-theater throughout the second world war-in every cinema in this country-you can very easily understand just how very naive we were, both as individuals and as an almost childish-society. The films were all in black & white, and that went well with the conclusions drawn, and the goals to be reached: Because everything-then was about Us & Them. The same "Us & Them" that Bush appealed to so cynically when he proclaimed: 'You're either with us or against us, and if you're not with us then you're a terrorist!'
We slept through that war, "absolutely-believing" in the unquestioned "righteousness" of yet another war (WWII) that was based solely upon lies: But we were young and we believed whatever we were told. Unfortunately after the war we continued to believe the new figureheads that came from that crime against the world; as if it and they were the only true way that the people of this nation could continue to go forward in a dangerous world. This continued right through the "communist threat" the McCarthy Era, and the whole Cold War. All of which was used to breakdown our resistance to their EVIL ways.
That is how we came to distrust anyone and anything that dared to question anything which the almost-holy-government chose to tell us about our so-called government, or indeed any of its diabolical-plans that have brought us to this point. They actually succeeded in making a secular-religion out of politics, to the point where disagreement with the government became heresy against the state. The Bishops in this new religion were secular-politicians, and while in reality over 80% of them are now Zionists: the public has chosen not to notice this. 300 members of the US congress declared their unbreakable commitment to their US Israeli-bond. The public failed to note this very public TREASON because too many are still enthralled by their 'belief' in the religion of "Americanism" that is neither a religion, nor a reality: Because it has never been anything but a colossal LIE. That was created to cover-up the truth. (1)
All of this has been a layered attack upon every aspect of this society; not just politically but socially, societally, and most of all psychologically; which goes to the black heart of CRIMINAL-TREASON that is the central governing doctrine of this country. The privatization of everything that once was public, which now includes the state and local governments, in more an more cases, are the evidence of this BETRAYAL of the public; in what is now a functioning POLICE-STATE, in all but the formal name. The USA is now firmly controlled by EVIL-Incarnate.
This system and its many, many layers are totally controlled now by blatant criminality at every level. Beneath the surface the black markets are also controlled and have added the sales of counterfeit products to the lists of phony pharmaceuticals, for fake diseases, that have slaughtered millions of unsuspecting victims throughout the world. These criminal enterprises who have managed to make even more money from the life & death needs that too many cannot meet. Needs that have contributed heavily to the swelling of the global death-tolls regarding AIDS and dozens of preventable diseases globally, because most of these counterfeit medicines not only do not work, but they tend to kill those that take these fake products, in the belief that they are doing something to improve their lives not end them. This is just one of the ways that we have become complicit in killing the little-people-of the planet. Medicine has become just another branch of the unofficial mob combined with the N.W.O. in bringing the life of the planet to an ungodly ending.
Every industry, every governmental agency, every human endeavor has been contaminated with the Will-to-Evil and the practices which this inevitably brings. One case in point is the massive-series of lies being told by the Nuclear Agencies from the IAEA, to the Nuclear Regulating Agencies, along with the governments of many nations in the attempted cover-up of the world's worst nuclear event in the history of the world-to date: The FAILURE OF THE NUCLEAR REACTORS at Fukushima, Japan. "Their first objective was the holocaust laws followed by orchestrated hate crimes done by the Zio-Ogre infantry. Just a small aside, even though the TSA is molesting children both for personal pleasure and as a means of indoctrination; a sort of dual purpose grooming, the real intent is to check the tastiness and edibility of the children's flesh level for the pot. It's what Ogres do. What they did with their holocaust laws was to make the questioning of their version of what happened during 'the war' sacrosanct and undeniable. What this means is that it doesn't matter how many irrefutable facts you may have, the law says you can't question, period. This fact escapes many people. You are not allowed to mount a defense and it is inadmissible in any and all cases.
The purpose of torturing German soldiers was a Rothschild construct for the greater argument of a Jewish homeland, placed where there were a people with land for a people who needed to steal it. In truth, it has nothing to do with founding a Jewish homeland and the, once again, irrefutable fact is that they had no claim to that region in any case. The original people of the Bible were already living there. It just so happens that they followed the religious imperative of Islam, which followed historically upon its archaic and no longer relevant predecessors, unless you are talking about Christianity, which ceased to be Christianity about the 4th century AD. Whether Islam is still Islam is also now in dispute, if you happen to be rational and well read.
The purpose of the Jewish homeland was to arrange for a sovereign state that could operate a criminal banking cartel with the impunity of a nation.
The most grievous injury to a free and vibrant culture, at this time in the west, is the judiciary system. They enforce the laws, which means the laws are only as relevant as they decide them to be according to their own agendas.
The same people running the judiciaries of the west are the same people who did 9/11. This gave them even more opportunity to exercise their control of the laws and how they are applied and led directly to the creation of Homeland Insecurity and the TSA. It's a prison planet schematic and it's in full bore right now. These same people control the illegal drug networks which ensure international delivery through law enforcement complicity and, in one case, generated a war to restore the poppy culture to Afghanistan. Part of the reason for this was to attack Russia and China with Heroin in a Opium War redux.
The push to gain control of Iran is really an indirect assault on Russia and China. Of course gas and oil come into the mix but they are not the sum of the motive of aggression, in those lands presently being harassed, poisoned and murdered for gain. There are all sorts of gains involved such as the aforementioned drug industry and geo-political advantage.
In most western lands there are divisions of judiciary running from local, to regional, to national. All of the top echelons are controlled by Zio-Ogre psychopaths, who see that the law is applied as they want it to be for their purposes. The case of James Traficant is one example. Other examples of nefarious conduct for the purpose of the greater ill were The Oklahoma City Bombing, done by Zio-Ogres in tandem with the FBI; Ruby Ridge and Waco. These were statements made for two reasons. One was to show that the heartland was not safe and the other was to create an aggression against all militia oriented and general resistance groups, who might complicate the prison nation industry.
What is also now happening is that there are a variety of laws coming down to assault the well being of the populace and to cause a massive death count and general ill health. These efforts also feed large profits into global food operations, the pharmaceutical industry, the prison industrial complex and assorted. There is a multi pronged attack taking place upon the well being of most western cultures, which also includes the educational system. People are being dumbed down and on the other hand denied entrance to high end educational systems, unless they are members of The Tribe or connected at some level.
All of this is being controlled and enforced by the judiciary and a plague of lawyers. The laws themselves come down from a controlled legislative branch and are assisted by a controlled administrative branch. The judiciary and enforcement ends are the shock troop consortium that you actually run into personally. It's no accident that basketball hoops are being ripped off of people's lawns. It's no accident that the PC virus is allowed to infect life with impunity, concerning religion and freedom of speech. These are things the courts make possible and unassailable. The amount of Zio-Ogres sitting on the bench increase by the day and they are of one mind. The good news is that they are insane and will destroy themselves. The bad news is that they are insane and may well destroy you too." (3)
What we have allowed to be created must be destroyed; and only when we all come together can this be accomplished. In the Middle-East, Syria and Yemen along with Lebanon are beginning to burn, because they are adding their voices against this latest Crusade against the planet. We must not become distracted by the horror unleashed from Japan, which will soon be followed by more of the same in other places: Nor should we become absolutely consumed (as it is intended that we will be) by the bursting of the monetary bubble that is meant to finish off all resistance by creating still another form of the chaos that this EVIL-EMPIRE thrives upon.
We have made billions of mistakes in the run-up to this moment-but the stakes have never been higher: We must FOCUS on killing the parasite of Zionism and end it for all time. Because with the end of Zionism will come the beginnings of the first real change around the world in the last few thousand years! Here is where we need to start (4)

16 - The Myth of a Judeo-Christian Tradition
This is an age in which news has been superseded by propaganda, and education by brain-washing and indoctrination. From the advertising used to sell poor quality goods, to the classes in schools designed to make children into conditioned robots of the State, the art of persuasion has displaced the simple virtue of truth.
Since the end of the Second World War we have been bombarded from all sides with references to the Western world's "Judeo-Christian religion," and "our Judeo-Christian heritage." We are told by both church leaders and scholars that our society is based on a supposed "Judeo-Christian tradition".
The notion of "Judeo-Christian religion" is an unquestioned -- almost sacrosanct -- part of both secular and church thinking. American Christian leader Prof. Franklin H. Littel, a vocal supporter of the Zionist state, frankly declared that "to be Christian is to be Jewish," and that consequently it was the duty of a Christian to put support for the "land of Israel" above all else. Pat Boon, the North American singer and evangelist, said there are two kinds of Judaism, one Orthodox and the other Christian.
Yet such a decidedly Christian Zionist outlook is to say the least, wildly simplistic and profoundly ahistorical. As the astute Jewish writer, Joshua J. Adler, points out, "The differences between Christianity and Judaism are much more than merely believing in whether the messiah already appeared or is still expected, as some like to say."
The comments of Jewish author Mr. S. Levin may well explain the Christian's need for the Judeo-Christian myth. Writing in the Israeli journal Biblical Polemics, Levin concludes: "'After all, we worship the same God', the Christian always says to the Jew and the Jew never to the Christian. The Jew knows that he does not worship the Christ-God but the Christian orphan needs to worship the God of Israel and so, his standard gambit rolls easily and thoughtlessly from his lips. It is a strictly unilateral affirmation, limited to making a claim on the God of Israel but never invoked with reference to other gods. A Christian never confronts a Moslem or a Hindu with 'After all, we worship the same God'."
Back in 1992 both Newsweek magazine and the Israeli Jerusalem Post newspaper simultaneously printed extensive articles scrutinising the roots of the sacrosanct Judeo-Christian honeymoon!
The statement heading the Newsweek article read: "Politicians appeal to a Judeo-Christian tradition, but religious scholars say it no longer exists." The Jerusalem Post article's pull quote announced: "Antisemitism is a direct result of the Church's teachings, which Christians perhaps need to re-examine."
"For scholars of American religion," Newsweek states, "the idea of a single Judeo-Christian tradition is a made-in-America myth that many of them no longer regard as valid." It quotes eminent Talmudic scholar Jacob Neusner: "Theologically and historically, there is no such thing as the Judeo-Christian tradition. It's a secular myth favoured by people who are not really believers themselves."
Newsweek cites authorities who indicate that "the idea of a common Judeo-Christian tradition first surfaced at the end of the 19th century but did not gain popular support until the 1940s, as part of an American reaction to Nazism . . ," and concludes that, "Since then, both Jewish and Christian scholars have come to recognize that -- geopolitics apart -- Judaism and Christianity are different, even rival religions."
The Jerusalem Post accused the Christian Church of being responsible for the Holocaust. The French Jewish scholar Jules Isaac was quoted as saying: "Without centuries of Christian catechism, preaching, and vituperation, the Hitlerian teachings, propaganda and vituperation would not have been possible."
"The problem," concludes the Jerusalem Post, "is not, as some assert, that certain Christian leaders deviated from Christian teachings and behaved in an un-Christian manner; it is the teachings themselves that are bent."
Joshua Jehouda, a prominent French Jewish leader, observed in the late 1950s: "The current expression 'Judaeo-Christian' is an error which has altered the course of universal history by the confusion it has sown in men's minds, if by it one is meant to understand the Jewish origin of Christianity . . . If the term 'Judaeo-Christian' does point to a common origin, there is no doubt that it is a most dangerous idea. It is based on a 'contradictio in abjecto' which has set the path of history on the wrong track. It links in one breath two ideas which are completely irreconcileable, it seeks to demonstrate that there is no difference between day and night or hot and cold or black and white, and thus introduces a fatal element of confusion to a basis on which some, nevertheless, are endeavouring to construct a civilisation." (l'Antisemitisme Miroir du Monde pp. 135-6).
What is the Truth?
Is there then any truth in this term, "Judeo-Christian"? Is Christianity derived from Judaism? Does Christianity have anything in common with Judaism?
Reviewing the last two thousand years of Western Christian history there is really no evidence of a Judeo-Christian tradition and this has not escaped the attention of honest Christian and Jewish commentators.
The Jewish scholar Dr. Joseph Klausner in his book Jesus of Nazareth expressed the Judaic viewpoint that "there was something contrary to the world outlook of Israel" in Christ's teachings, "a new teaching so irreconcilable with the spirit of Judaism, " containing "within it the germs from which there could and must develop in course of time a non-Jewish and even anti-Jewish teaching."
Dr. Klausner quotes the outstanding Christian theologian, Adolf Harnack, who in his last work rejected the hypothesis of the Jewish origin of Christ's doctrine: "Virtually every word He taught is made to be of permanent and universal humanitarian interest. The Messianic features are abolished entirely, and virtually no importance is attached to Judaism in its capacity of Jesus' environment."
Gershon Mamlak, an award-winning Jewish Zionist intellectual, recently claimed that the "Jesus tradition" is essentially the ultimate extension of ancient Greek Hellenism and is in direct conflict to Judaism's "role as the Chosen people".
Dr. Mamlak, writing in the Theodor Herzl Foundation's magazine of Jewish thought, Midstream, maintains that the prevailing theory that Christianity originated in the spiritual realm of Judaism "is anchored in a twofold misconception: 1) the uniqueness of Judaism is confined to its monotheistic God-concept; 2) the 'parting of the ways' between the Jesus coterie and Judaism is seen as the result of the former's adaptation of the doctrines of Christology."
The first misconception means: "When the affinity of the Jesus coterie with Judaism is evaluated by common faith in the One, severed from the believer's duty to execute the Law of the One and to acknowledge the Chosen Nation of Israel as His instrument-faith in the One becomes anti-Judaism par excellence!"
In Gershon Mamlak's view, "The conflict between Judaism and the Jesus tradition goes beyond the confines of theology. [The Jesus tradition] was the cosmopolitan renunciation of the national phenomenon in general and extreme hostility to Israel's idea of a Chosen Nation as the divine instrument for the perfection of the world."
Evidently the concept of a common Judeo-Christian tradition has more to do with post 1945 politics and a certain amount of 'public relations' than it does with historical and Biblical reality. Never the less a number of modern Christian polemicists have managed to rest certain New Testament verses in the drive to give a Scriptural basis to their argument.
Confusion over the origin of Rabbinic Judaism and Christianity is the root of the Judeo-Christian myth.
Biblical scholars Robert and Mary Coote clearly show in their book Power, Politics and the Making of the Bible that neither is Christianity a patched up Judaism, nor is Rabbinic Judaism automatically synonymous with the religion of Moses and the old Hebrews.
The Cootes' illustrate the religious climate in Judea two millennia ago: "The cults, practices, and scriptures of both groups, rabbis and bishops, differed from those of the temple; thus we reserve the terms Jew, Jewish, and Judaism for the rabbis and those under their rule and use Judean, contrary to custom, for the common source of Judaism and Christianity...."
"Despite the ostensible merging of Judean and Jew even in certain New Testament passages and by the rabbis who became rulers of Palestine in the third century and continued to use Hebrew and Aramaic more than Greek, the roots of Christianity were not Jewish. Christianity did not derive from the Judaism of the pharisees, but emerged like Judaism from the wider Judean milieu of the first century. Both Christians and Jews stemmed from pre-70 Judean-ism as heirs of groups that were to take on the role of primary guardians or interpreters of scripture as they developed on parallel tracks in relation to each other." (Power, Politics, and the Making of the Bible).
The few New Testament 'proof texts' utilised by Christian Zionists and secular proponents of the modern Judeo-Christian myth are the product of poor translation. Messianic Jewish writer Malcolm Lowe in his paper "Who Are the Ioudaioi?" concludes, like Robert and Mary Coote, that the Greek word "Ioudaioi" in the New Testament should be translated as "Judeans", rather than the more usual "Jews". The Israeli scholar David Stern also came to the same conclusion when translating the Jewish New Testament.
Few Christians are aware that the translators of Scripture often mistranslated the word "Jew" from such words as "Ioudaioi" (meaning from, or being of: as a geographic area, Judean). The word Judean, mistranslated as "Jew" in the New Testament, never possessed a valid religious connotation, but was simply used to identify members of the native population of the geographic area known as Judea.
Also it is important to understand that in the Scriptures, the terms "Israel", "Judah" and "Jew" are not synonymous, nor is the House of Israel synonymous with the House of Judah. The course of history is widely divergent for the peoples properly classified under each of these titles. Accordingly, the authoritative 1980 Jewish Almanac says, "Strictly speaking it is incorrect to call an ancient Israelite a Jew or to call a contemporary Jew an Israelite or a Hebrew."
A writer for The Dearborn Independent, published in Michigan back in 1922, summarised the problem thus: "The pulpit has also the mission of liberating the Church from the error that Judah and Israel are synonymous. The reading of the Scriptures which confuse the tribe of Judah with Israel, and which interpret every mention of Israel as signifying the Jews, is at the root of more than one-half the confusion and division traceable in Christian doctrinal statements."
Jesus Christ and the Pharisees
The New Testament Gospels reveal an intense conflict between Jesus and the Pharisees, one of the two principal Judean religious sects (see Matthew chapter 3, verse 7; Matthew chapter 5, verse 20; Matthew chapter 23, verses 13-15, 23-29; Mark chapter 8, verse 15; Luke chapter 11, verse 39). Much of this controversy was centred on what was later to become the foundation and highest authority of Judaism, the Talmud. In the time of Jesus Christ, this bore the name of "The Tradition of the Elders" (see Matthew chapter 15, verses 1-9).
The Judean historian Josephus wrote: "What I would now explain is this, that the Pharisees have delivered to the people a great many observances by succession from their fathers, which are not written in the laws of Moses . . ."
While the Pharisees recognized the laws of Moses, they also claimed that there was a great body of oral tradition which was of at least equal authority with the written Law - and many claimed that the Tradition was of greater authority. By their tradition, they undertook to explain and elaborate upon the Law. This was the "Tradition of the Elders", to which the name of Talmud was later given. It had its beginning in Babylon, during the Babylon captivity of the people of Judah, where it developed in the form of the commentaries of various rabbis, undertaking to explain and apply the Law. This was the foundation of Rabbinic Judaism.
This Judaism was very different from the religion of the ancient Israelites. The late Rabbi Stephen S. Wise, who was the Chief Rabbi of the United States, expressed this conclusively when he said: "The return from Babylon, and the adoption of the Babylonian Talmud, marks the end of Hebrewism, and the beginning of Judaism." The Jewish Encyclopedia tells us that the Talmud is actually "the product of the Palestinian and Babylonian schools" and is generally referred to as "the Babylonian Talmud".
Dr. Boaz Cohen in Everyman's Talmud states the Talmud is the work of "numerous Jewish scholars over a period of some 700 years, roughly speaking, between 200 [B.C.] and 500 [A.D.]."
Rabbi Louis Finkelstein in Volume 1 of The Pharisees, the Sociological Background of their Faith says, "Pharisaism became Talmudism, Talmudism became Medieval Rabbinism, and Medieval Rabbinism became Modern Rabbinism. But throughout these changes of name, inevitable adaption of custom, and adjustment of Law, the spirit of the ancient Pharisee survives unaltered."
According to The Universal Jewish Encyclopedia, Vol. VIII, (1942) p.474 : "The Jewish religion as it is today traces its descent, without a break, through all the centuries, from the Pharisees. Their leading ideas and methods found expression in a literature of enormous extent, of which a very great deal is still in existence. The Talmud is the largest and most important single member of that literature."
Moshe Menuhim explains that the Babylonian Talmud embodied all the laws and legends, all the history and 'science,' all the theology and folklore, of all the past ages in Jewish life -- a monumental work of consolidation. In the Talmud, Jewish scholarship and idealism found their exclusive outlet and preoccupation all through the ages, all the way up to the era of Enlightenment. It became the principal guide to life and object of study, and it gave Judaism unity, cohesion and resilience throughout the dark ages.
The Talmud, more than any other literature, so defined Judaism that Rabbi Ben Zion Bokser admitted, "Judaism is not the religion of the Bible." (Judaism and the Christian Predicament, 1966, p.159) It is the Talmud that guides the life and spirit of the Jewish people.
"The Talmud is to this day the circulating heart's blood of the Jewish religion. Whatever laws, customs, or ceremonies we [Jews] observe -- whether we are Orthodox, Conservative, Reform or merely spasmodic sentimentalists -- we follow the Talmud. It is our common law." (A History of the Jews, Solomon Grayzel).
Both Jewish and Christian scholars agree that it was Jesus Christ's flagrant rejection of this "Tradition of the Elders" and his open confrontation with the powerful Pharisees that created the climate that led to his death. Historically, Christian thinkers argued that the Talmud was directly responsible for the rejection of Christ.
In their view these "traditions" blinded the eyes of the people to a true understanding of the prophecies which related to the coming of the Messiah.
Defining Christianity
If, as we have seen, the Pharisees and the Talmud forever defined Judaism, then most certainly the writings of the post-Apostolic Christian church leaders help us in understanding the relationship of the early Christian faith to both paganism and Judaism.
Justin Martyr (c100-165 A.D.) was indeed the earliest and most significant of these post-Apostolic church apologists. Following in the theological footsteps of Paul, who taught that the Gospel was the fulfilment of Moses and the Prophets, Justin argued that the Gospel was in the mind of God from the beginning and it was given to Abraham and the righteous Patriarches long before Judaism existed. This is in keeping with the Gospel teaching that the Hebrew Scriptures find their 'flowering' in the life, purpose, and accomplishments of Jesus the Christ.
Hence, the Christian faithful have traditionally understood the Old Testament through the New Testament.
In his Dialogue with Trypho Justin seeks to persuade a Jew of the truth of Christianity. Unlike the other apologists, he focuses mainly on the nature and meaning of Christ. Christ was the Logos who inspired the Greek philosophers and is present in all men as the Logos spermatikos (seminal reason or word). Through Him, the best of the philosophers were able to produce significant works of theology and philosophy. Their ideas could serve as beacons of truth just as much as could the inspired writings of the Old Testament Hebrews. Those who lived according to the Logos, even before Christ, were Christians. In the Old Testament it was the Logos who was revealed as God, because the transcendent Heavenly Father could not thus speak to man.
Justin wrote in Apology:
"We have been taught that Christ is the first-born of God, and we have declared above that He is the Word [or reason] of whom all mankind partakes. Those who lived reasonably [with the Word] are Christians, even though they have been called atheists. For example: among the Greeks, Socrates, Heraclitus and men like them; among the barbarians [non-Greeks], Abraham...and many others whose actions and names we now decline to recount, because we know it would be tedious."
Christianity, seen through Justin Martyr's writings, takes on a 'cosmic' breadth:
"I both boast and strive with all my strength to be found a Christian...Whatever things were rightly said by any man, belong to us Christians. For next to God we worship and love the Word, who is from the unbegotten and ineffable God, since He also became man for our sakes, that by sharing in our sufferings He might also bring us healing. For all those writers were able to see reality darkly, through the seed of the implanted Word within them." (2 Apology).
Jesus Christ had come, argued Justin, to restore true religion and to denounce the hypocrisy of the religion of Judea. For that crime Jesus had been crucified. Consequently, Christianity is not a form of Judaism or simply Jewish prophecies fulfilled but 'the true philosophy'.
Justin's Christianity was eventually reducible to three major principles: (1) worship of God, mostly through private prayer and communication of being; (2) belief in an after-life with rewards and punishments for one's actions in this world; and (3) the importance of leading a virtuous life in imitation of Christ and in obedience to His commandments.
The Romans killed Justin for his religion. He was ever known as Justin Martyr, and not as St. Justin. His works defined Christianity as a culminating religion and a "universal" faith incorporating the essential and perennial truth of the pre-Christian religious tradition. Christianity was the restatement of a very old doctrine encompassing the Old Testament and the grand verities of the ancients. Two centuries later Augustine again clarified the Christian faith in these terms when he wrote:
"That which is now called the Christian religion existed among the ancients, and never did not exist from the planting of the human race until Christ came in the flesh, at which time the true religion which already existed began to be called Christianity."
Justin not only showed that Christ is the culmination and completion of all the partial knowledge of truth in Greek philosophy, He is also the culmination of the history of ancient Israel. According to Justin Jesus Christ is Israel and because of Him the church now bears the name of Israel.
This is to say, therefore, that the central message of the Old Testament has been fulfilled in the New Testament. It must be understood that this was the position of Christendom for at least 1900 years. It was the position, not only of Justin Martyr, but of such Stalwart saints as Irenaeus and Hippolytus; a position embraced by Martin Luther and John Calvin, the two towering figures of the Protestant Reformation.
Here we have not only a clear separation of Christianity and Judaism, but a direct challenge to Judaism's core dogma of a Chosen Nation. A point which has not been lost by Jewish writers.
We read in Zionist author Uri Zimmer's Torah-Judaism and the State of Israel: "The Jewish people, Rabbi Judah Halevy (the famous medieval poet and philosopher) explains in his 'Kuzari', constitutes a separate entity, a species unique in Creation, differing from nations in the same manner as man differs from the beast or the beast from the plant...although Jews are physically similar to all other men, yet they are endowed with a 'second soul' that renders them a separate species."
Fraud
Traditionally Jewish scholars, as we have shown, were highly critical of the Judeo-Christian myth. There are many others, under the influence of modernism and secular Zionism, who do see some advantage in it.
Rabbi Martin Siegel, reflecting a Messianic zeal, was quoted in the 18 January 1972 edition of New York Magazine as declaring: "I am devoting my lecture in this seminar to a discussion of the possibility that we are now entering a Jewish century, a time when the spirit of the community, the non-ideological blend of the emotional and rational and the resistance to categories and forms will emerge through the forces of anti-nationalism to provide us with a new kind of society. I call this process the Judaization of Christianity because Christianity will be the vehicle through which this society becomes Jewish."
While historic Christianity has looked to the eventual triumph of the Kingdom of God throughout the earth, according to the Zionist leaders Talmudic Judaism is zealous in the "drive to perfect man's earthly habitat" (Gershon Mamlak, Midstream, Jan., 1989, p.31).
Dr. Mamlak admits that "many Jews have filled the ranks of the various revolutionary movements" (op. cit., p.32) in order to satisfy this urge. [But who can agree on the terms of the social contract? Were the Zionist Irgun and Stern gangs who terrorised and massacred the Palestinian Arabs in the campaign to establish the Israeli state, shining role models for young Jews? What about the immorality of "the end justifies the means"?]
Rabbi Michael Higger, renowned Talmudic scholar, in his book The Jewish Utopia, discusses the reshaping of the world into a Jewish Eden. The victory of this Utopia is inexorably tied to the coming of the Jewish Messiah.
"And the Messianic Age," argues the eloquent Jewish Zionist author Leon Simon, "means for the Jew not merely the establishment of peace on earth and good will to men, but the universal recognition of the Jew and his God. . . For Judaism has no message of salvation for the individual soul, as Christianity has; all its ideas are bound up with the existence of the Jewish nation." (Studies in Jewish Nationalism).
Driven by political agendas compromising Jews and compromising Christians began, only in this century, to disseminate the theretofore unheard of doctrine that Christianity originated from Judaism and that the two share a common worldview.
Dr. Gordon Ginn, an American Christian scholar, made a very valid point when he noted: "It is most interesting, indeed, that rabbis as well as Jewish scholars such as Mamlak and White agree with orthodox, historical Christianity that 'Judeo-Christian' is a contradiction in terms, even though that truth is yet to be discovered by contemporary evangelical and fundamentalist Christians" (Smyrna, August, 1993).
Christianity and Judaism are two distinct religious inheritances, despite all the superficial attempts by modern scholars to manufacture a naive "Judeo-Christianity." The very term "Judeo-Christian" is a mischievous misnomer without historical or Scriptural validity.
The religions of the world are the product of progressive revelation to a diverse humanity, separately expressing as they do the great metaphysical realities of life. Attempts to distort or eliminate these unique, ancient and divinely ordained patterns, through non-divine syncretism and politically-motivated concoctions, is both anti-traditional and truly diabolical.
Appeals to a nonexistent historical unity and calls for a banal, modernist theology do nothing for religious understanding and mutual respect. "Judeo-Christianity" should be seen for what it is - another secular twentieth century fraud, manufactured for narrow political ends, that is supremely disrespectful to all true believers.
Any fundamental unity that does exist between world religions cannot be appreciated by ignorant and secular scholarship, but only through knowledge of the great primordial and universal truths.
As Luc Benoist aptly wrote, "Our age is seeking a universal understanding which men of vision can already foresee and which is the longing of all great souls. There is ample evidence that the world's economic problems can be solved without the different religions having to abandon their unique spiritual insights; after all, brotherly agreement does not prevent the individual growth of each member of the family, bodily separate, but united in heart and mind." On May 15 1948, world Zionists claimed their state, which they called Israel. It was not good news to the world in general, and the Palestinian people in particular.
Zionist Israelis did not limit their state to the borders prescribed in the 1947 UN Resolution 181, known as Partition Resolution. They occupied most of the lands prescribed to the Arab state of Palestine, particularly Galilee, most of the Gaza Strip (which included a strip extending north to Isdood), a lot of the West Bank (particularly the Jerusalem corridor), and the the Auja area south east of Gaza Strip.
Zionist greed did not stop there. They evicted most Palestinians from their villages and towns to refugee camps in Gaza, the West Bank, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria. When the war was over, Zionist Israelis never allowed Palestinian refugees to go back to their homes, thus violating UN Resolution 194, which called for the repatriation and compensation of Palestinian refugees.
Actually, the refugee problem is the core of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. Zionists have never admitted their moral and actual responsibility for the creation of the problem. They still refuse to comply with UN Resolution 194.
Zionist Israelis never stopped their aggression against the Palestinian people and neighboring Arab states. In addition to their war of aggression in 1948, in which they annexed most of the lands of Arab Palestine and evicted most of the Palestinians, they launched a war against Arabs at least once in every decade. These were in 1956 (against Gaza and Egypt), 1967 (against Egypt, Jordan, Syria, and Gaza), 1978 (against Lebanon), and 1982 (against Lebanon). Moreover, they committed myriad of war crimes during thousands of raids, assassinations, and covert operations in the Middle East and around the world. They conducted two long wars against the Palestinian people, known as the two intifadhas, in 1988-1991 and 2000-2005, to keep them under Israeli occupation.
Since 1967, they have been occupying the last remaining Palestinian territories of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, where they have been committing the worst war crimes in human history.
Even after withdrawal from Gaza Strip, they kept it under more tight control than ever before. They are in total control of Gaza borders, isolating it from the world and denying it even financial assistance from the Arab League states.
Zionists in the US and EU have been covering up for all the Israeli crimes. They have not only protected Israeli aggressors from any new UN resolutions but also supplied them with the financial resources and weapons they needed to oppress the Palestinian people and dominate the entire Middle East.
With their overwhelming influence over US-EU governments, they succeeded to drag these Western nations into the conflict since 1990. Ever since, the US-EU governments have been fighting Israeli wars to subjugate Arabs and Muslims. Even the term "war on terror" was used by Zionist Israelis to distort the facts about their continuous war of subjugation against the Palestinian people.
The Zionist propaganda machine (represented by corporate news agencies, tv networks, newspapers, magazines, publishing houses, and Hollywood) made sure that Israeli conflict terminology are the one to be used to keep their audiences hypnotized, numb, and misinformed. The victims are routinely referred to as terrorists, and the terrorist oppressive occupiers are portrayed in a positive way.
Three years after the US-UK invasion of Iraq, we now know that it was the Israeli lobby represented by people like Wolfowitz, Feith, and Perle, which dragged the US into this Iraqi quagmire.
They are still not content. They want the US to attack Iran, because of its nuclear program. They want to keep the Israeli Zionist state as the only nuclear power in the oil-rich region. It doesn't matter for them if this leads to the collapse of the United States, which is $8.4 trillion in debt and counting.
Zionist cruelty has reached its climax in this 58th anniversary of the Palestinian Catastrophe, Al-Nakba. They are subjecting the Palestinian people to starvation, to punish them for electing Hamas to lead their government. The US-EU governments have slavishly assisted Israeli Zionists to achieve their goal. The US government even threatened Arab countries and banks not to transfer donated funds to the Palestinian Authority.
Zionists have demonstrated that democracy is the last thing in the world they are interested in. To the contrary, they want obedient governments even if these are corrupt or dictatorial.

Palestine, the land of Palestinians, is located in the heart of the Middle East and Jerusalem where Masjid Al Aqsa, Islam's first Qibla is located, has been its capital since time immemorial. At the turn of last century Palestine was a province of Turkey's Ottoman Empire. It was a place where violence was unknown and one seldom heard people speak loud leave alone using a bad .Violence raised its ugly head in all its fury, with the advent of Jewish migrants to set up under the combined conspiracy of Jews and European colonial powers a Jewish racist state in Palestine to destabilise the Muslim Middle East.
Turkey was defeated during World War 1 and Palestine was brought under the British Mandatory Authority. The Arab rulers, including the Saudis, sided with Britain during the war on a promise that Palestine would be given freedom after the war. However, instead of freedom Britain helped the Zionist Jews to drive out the Palestinians from their lands and homes and set up a separate state for migrant Jews.
Under this conspiracy, actively implemented by the British Mandatory Authority, Jews who had not even seen the place were brought in from Russia, Middle East and other areas to Palestine where even around 1990 about 95 percent of the population were Palestinian Arabs who owned ninety percent of the land.
The Palestinians were alarmed and worried at the rapidly growing numbers of violence-prone migrant Jews who started provoking them. For example, while the peaceful Muslims in Jerusalem were celebrating the Prophet Muhammad's ( PBUH) birthday on 16 August 1929, the Jewish migrants hoisted the flag of the Star of David on the Wailing Wall and roused communal hostility against the Muslims by provocative slogans. This led to armed confrontation resulting in the arrest and the execution of many Palestinians in what was later called the "Tuesday of Blood".
The British Mandatory Authority trained migrant Jewish youths in warfare skills and provided them with sophisticated arms ,tanks and planes while Arab homes and even mosques were searched for arms;
Arabs who had penknives with them were arrested like criminals and punished. The British hanged Arabs who dared to oppose the arrival of Jewish immigrants on the lampposts of Jerusalem as a means of crushing the protest. Therefore, the British crime against the Muslims did not start with Tony Blair's partnership in George Bush's crusade against Islam and Muslims under the guise of war on terror.
In the midst of this calamity, migrant Jews established terrorist brigades such as Hagana, Stern and Irgun under the leadership of Menachem Begin and Yitzhak Shamir. Later these Jewish terror gangs embarked upon a bloody campaign of manslaughter to terrorise the Palestinians, drive them out from their homes and grab their lands while the powerful and well-organised international Zionist propaganda machine deceived the world by justifying these crimes as they are now doing to camouflage their barbarity in Gaza. Thus began organised Jewish violence that still reeks with the blood and butchery of the innocent hapless victims of the region.
On 22, July 1946, Menachem Begin and his gangs planted bombs in the basement of the King David Hotel in Jerusalem, killing 91- 25 Britons,41 Arabs and 17 Jews. While echoes of this explosion were still being heard, there began a wave of violence which ruthlessly devastated the region from which it has not been able to recover to date.
It was this same Menachem Begin,"Godfather of terrorism", who was later accepted by the champions of human rights in the West as the respectable Prime Minister of Israel and was even awarded the coveted Nobel Prize for Peace.His partner in crime against Palestinians Yitzhak Shamir who led the Jewish terrorist group Stern too became the Israeli Prime Minister.He proudly recalled later his notorious killings in Jerusalem to drive Palestinians out to establish the Zionist State of Israel.

Designed to destroy the Palestinian resistance, Menachem Begin went on a murderous rampage and within a week butchered hundreds of innocent Palestinian men, women and children 100 in the derailment of Haifa Cairo express and 254 in Deir Yassin, a village a few miles off Jerusalem.The Deir Yassin massacre has been one of the most barbarous crimes ever committed against humanity and could be coupled with the infamous "My Lai massacre in Vietnam".
After dropping seven bombs on this small Arab village of Deir Yassin of 775 people Begin gunned or bayoneted 254 of its unarmed men, women and children of all ages including ninety-year- old Hajj Ismail Attich and the eighteen-month-old baby Mohammed who was butchered on the bosom of his mother. The mutilated bodies of the victims were thrown into a well in the village. Of the 254 victims were 22 pregnant mothers, a woman teacher by the name of Hayat Balabse who wore a Red Cross badge and was tending the wounded when she was butchered, a blind man, Mohammed Khalil Mustafa, and his wife, Latifa Mustafa, who was trying to lead him to safety when the attackers slaughtered both. The women, girls and the children who survived the holocaust were rounded up at dawn by Menachem Begin and his gangs and then loaded into Lorries to Jerusalem where they were paraded through the Jewish streets, jeered and spat upon. Menachem Begin pronounced this wholesale murder a "victory" and boasted about his crime as a memorable day in Jewish history.
Panic overwhelmed the Palestinians who began to flee in terror even before they clashed with Jewish forces. Haganah carried out merciless attacks on other fronts. All the Jewish forces proceeded to advance through Haifa like a hot knife through butter. The Arabs, unarmed and unorganised, fled in panic shouting "Deir Yassin".
Commenting on this massacre, renowned historian Arnold Toynbee said in his book "A Study of History": "The evil deeds committed by the Zionist Jews against the Palestinian Arabs that were comparable to crimes committed against the Jews by the Nazis, were the massacre of men, women and children at Deir Yassin which precipitated a flight of the Arab population in large numbers from districts within range of the Jewish armed forces, and the subsequent expulsion of the Arab population from districts conquered by the Jewish forces between 15 May 1948 and end of the year. The blood at Deir Yassin was on the head of the Irgun; the expulsion of Palestinians after 15 May 1948 was on the head of all Israelis."
According to Moshe Menuhin, the real war "fait accompli" was precipitated at Deir Yassin by Menachem Begin and his terror gangs on April 9, 1948 massacre, panic and the exile of the Arabs.
The irony is that Begin was not even a Palestinian. He fled his native Poland to the Soviet Union where he was sentenced in 1940 to a Siberian labour camp for his Zionist activities. Released a year later, he joined the Allied war efforts when Begin's Polish army in exile unit was sent to Palestine under British Mandate, in 1942. He abandoned the army uniform in late 1943 and launched a war of ambush and sabotage against the British Authorities in early 1944. The British, condemned Begin as a terrorist and put a price of 10,000 Sterling Pounds on his head for all his crimes.
In the same cold-blooded vein Irgun, Stern and Haganah terror gangs massacred people in a number of other villages. On 14 April 1948 all the people including those from the village of Nasiruddin, except forty fortunate ones who managed to escape, were butchered to death by the bestial, blood-lust Irgun-Stern gangs.On 2 May 1948, carnage on the people was committed in the area of Mazraat El Khoury, overlooking Tiberias by Haganah gangs.
The bodies of many slain women and children were mutilated and a number of old people were beheaded and their limbs cut off. Young people were roasted alive when the Haganah locked them inside a house and set it on fire before the few surviving old people were finally set free by the Haganah .They advised Palestinians to tell their story to the Arab world and sarcastically asked the Arab states to come to their rescue. A mosque was blown up on 6 May, 1948 over the heads of villagers who were locked in by the Zionists at Al Zeitoon, Safad. The entire population of Beit Drass in Gaza was wiped out on 13 May 1948 in another savage attack by the Zionists similar to Deir Yassin massacre. There the pregnant women were bayoneted in the womb; bodies of others atrociously mutilated and all the houses in the villages were finally dynamited. This illustrates the Zionists' bestial and brutal inhumanity to its best.
Menachem Begin admitted the heroic resistance of the Palestinians in Jaffa as the Zionists paid dearly losing considerable lives before they took over Jaffa. In his book Revolt Menachem Begin said that it was the attacks on Arab towns and villages that caused panic among the Arabs who had to abandon their homes and lands and started fleeing into neighbouring countries as refugees. Some Palestinian Arabs left out of fear while others were either expelled or forced to leave due to oppression or after their homes were destroyed. Palestinian refugees, in many instances, were physically expelled from their homes and villages.
The Zionists also caused the exodus of Arabs from Palestine, through loudspeakers installed in armoured cars, and sarcastically asserted that the road to Amman was open. Another method used was the mass destruction of their homes and villages. For example, two residential quarters of the Old City of Jerusalem, Magharbeh and Saadiyahs, were razed to the ground to establish a parking ground in front of the Wailing Wall.
Since then the Palestinians, driven out of their homes and lands, have been suffering in the refugee camps for more than seventy years. Tired mothers and hungry and sick children still hope in vain that the UN would settle their problems and let them return to their homes again. They still have the keys to their houses and the deeds to their lands now occupied by immigrant Jews. About a quarter million Palestinian Arabs took refuge in neighbouring countries. Visiting a refugee camp more than fifty years later, in 1990, the former British Foreign Secretary Waldergrave described the conditions there as appalling thanks to his country.
In the midst of the Zionist violence and the Palestinian bloodbath, the state of Israel was proclaimed on 14 May, 1948 over a much larger part of the country than that was allotted to the Zionists even by the UN Partition Resolution. What actually emerged as the Jewish State was anything but the "state" planned for under the partition plan. It was the upshot of brute force created in violation of the principles of the UN Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the very resolution under which the Israelis now claim sovereignty. Minutes after the proclamation of the Zionist state, recognition came from the White House in the USA followed by the Soviet Union, which played a crucial role in the creation of the Zionist state.
The Arab armies were to enter Palestine on that day to rescue what remained of the land and its people. But, as it is the case even today, despite billions of dollars worth of arms, the neighbouring Arab countries were hardly in a position to do anything without the fear of colonial intervention. Therefore, between Palestine and their seats of power, these rulers opted for power and abandoned the Palestinians as they had done even today when they abandoned the Gaza Palestinians who were roasted and toasted by the Zionist Jews.
In his preface to Palestine Diary by Robert John and Sami Hadawi historian Arnold Toynbee had this to say on the British treachery and betrayal: "If Palestine had remained under Ottoman rule, or if it had become an independent Arab state in 1918, Jewish immigrants would never have been admitted into Palestine in large numbers to enable them to overwhelm the Palestinian Arabs in this Arab people's own country. The reason why the State of Israel exists today, why millions of Palestinian Arabs are refugees is that, for thirty years, Jewish immigration was imposed on Palestinian Arabs by British military power until the immigration was sufficiently numerous and with tanks and planes of their own".
Rejecting the idea of a Jewish state, Albert Einstein, the world- renowned scientist said "the state idea is not according to my heart. I cannot understand why it is needed. It is concerned with narrow-mindedness and economic obstacles. I believe it is bad. I have always been against it." Commenting further on the Jewish question Einstein said in his book Out of My Later Years, "I should much rather see a reasonable agreement with the Arabs on the basis of living together than the creation of a Jewish state. Apart from practical considerations, my awareness of the essential nature of Judaism resists the idea of a Jewish state, with borders, an army and a measure of temporal power no matter how modest. I am afraid of the inner damage Judaism will sustain."
The Arab states appealed to the UN and other bodies, of course in vain, to find a peaceful solution. Sixty years later today the Arab rulers are still turning to these very same hostile UN and other forces for solutions to their problems.
The UN Mediator Count Bernadette arrived in Jerusalem in June 1948, the day after the four-week truce became effective in the 1948 war, to inspect thousands of Palestinian refugees in the nearby town of Ramallah, announced his plan for a peaceful solution to the Palestine question. His plan was to create an Arab-Jewish confederation that would cover the whole of Palestine, but with a much smaller portion allotted to the Jews than by the UN partition scheme. The Zionists did not like the idea and to lay it to rest once and for all, they killed Count Bernadotte himself.
Using heavy artillery, 300 Zionist troops attacked the Arab village of Qibyah in the Ramallah district on the midnight of 13 October, 1953. On the following morning the bodies of seventy of its inhabitants, including old men, women and children, were found under the debris of the dynamited houses. The Arabs' demanding imposition of sanctions on Israel and payment of compensation to the victims' families by the perpetrators of the crime, was rejected by the big powers in the UN Security Council.
Three years later on 29 October 1956, the Zionists killed 49 Arabs in the village of Kafr Kassim. Israel referred to the massacre as people having been injured by the frontier guards. At 4.30 PM on that day, Zionist Frontier Guards informed the Mukthar of the village to inform the people that a curfew would be imposed from 5 PM to dawn. Mukthar Wadi Ahmed Sursur told the Zionists that about 400 villagers worked outside the village and he could not inform them as time was short. The Frontier Guards promised Mukthar that all men returning from work would be allowed to pass. However, a bitter fate awaited the villagers when they did return from the day's work as the Zionist gangs massacred them in cold blood without any rhyme or reason.
On the eve of the 1956 war against Egypt by the combined forces of Britain, France and Israel to expropriate the Suez Canal, the Israeli forces made a number of reprisal raids on its northern Arab neighbours in a series of cover up moves to hide their real intentions of a blitz on Egypt. The biggest of these was in Qalquilya in Jordan where, according to UN observers, 48 Arabs were killed. But the mobilization was so large it could no longer be kept a secret. The Zionist troops invaded Sinai, destroyed the Egyptian bases and defeated the Egyptian army before reaching the Gulf of Aqaba so that Israeli warships could use the Red Sea.
In a well calculated war Israel ,backed by the US and Europe ,attacked Egypt, Syria and Jordan in June 1967 and
captured Sharm el Sheikh and occupied the Gaza strip, Sinai Peninsula, West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights .
On 11 June 1967 the cease-fire became effective between Israel and the Arab states. Arab hopes and aspirations were shattered and the Palestinians, languishing in the refugee camps, were thoroughly disillusioned not knowing where to turn to. As the Israeli Defence Minister Moshe Dayan arrogantly said "I don't want any Arab in my Jewish State" the Zionist troops began committing atrocities on the civilian population of Jerusalem from June 5 to 8, 1967. In her book "War in Jerusalem", Sister Marie Theresa, who rendered great assistance to the victims described in the following detail the crimes committed by the Zionist Jews;
"Her convent sustained a direct hit during the Israeli raids as a dozen severely wounded and strangely burnt persons lay with their abdomens open and their arms torn out. The arm of one of the women had to be amputated. All had faces riddled with deep burns that made holes in their skins. They said nothing, not even groaning, but gaped with their black eyes fixed and aghast. The Israeli planes had chosen for their targets, some of the poorest quarters of the Old City like Bab Zahreh and Bab Hottah, knowing very well how crowded they were and that there was no military gain to be scored by such savage raids.
Sister Theresa added "we run to the hospital to bury the dead piling at the entrance. The stench was so horrible in the heat that we have to wear masks. We walk in maggoty pools of blood. In the midst of our despair at not being able to find a vehicle for carrying the dead, a Jew arrives to ask about a dead man. To our surprise, we find that the requested man's body is embalmed, he was English and his rich family had paid for the embalmment. An Israeli ambulance was coming to pick it up. Nothing however for the bodies of the rest! One by one we carry them away with utmost care all the time because the limbs were coming off.... as we approached the Muslim cemetery, a car came up with Moshe Dayan, the Chief Rabbi and Levi Eshkol in it. Jews applauded and the motorcade drove in triumph toward the Temple.
During her visit to the Muslim cemetery, Sister Marie Theresa saw a man "bury his wife and daughter... and massacred children whose skulls broke open". Upon leaving the place there were a number of Israeli girls who were bursting out with laughter and looking very intoxicated with victory, as they carried revolvers in their hands".
"In Bethlehem, Israeli cars with amplifiers warned the inhabitants in Arabic that they had two hours to leave their homes and flee towards Jericho and Amman, otherwise their homes would be bombed."
"We drove slowly in search of the dead woman who was seen in a ditch the day before. Eventually we spotted her and got down to find that she was still clasping the two loaves of bread she had gone out to fetch for her children during the battle. We dug a hole under a rock and buried her in it together with her loaves. We started off again. Three kilometres further on, we came upon two wounded Arabs who had been in that same place by the road for the past three days. Many Israeli vehicles had passed, but none bothered to stop. We carried them to the hospital in Jerusalem".
Back in Jerusalem, these companions of Jesus were shocked by the cruelty of the Jewish invaders. "With curfew imposed everywhere the Arabs cannot move or work and the families ran short of food. The second wave of Israelis consisted of thieves, looters and sometimes murderers, but the third is even worse for it appeared to be driven only by the thought of death and destruction according to a systematic plan. In the evening Father Paul sees Yitzhak Rabin, Israeli Chief of Staff, without any use. "Anguish grips us like a beast that chokes and wrings the heart. The war is over, but we have been too close to the slaughtered lamb. That fifteen-day-old baby. I think of myself as still holding it to me, bruised and blood-smeared all over. When I wake up during the night, scenes pass through my head and I want to scream. Father Paul was so overwhelmed he could not do a thing".
These were only a handful of incidents to quote, as the list grew longer and longer. In his book David and Goliath, Ernest Trost tells a story which sums up the Israeli attitude quite well.
"An American, an Englishman, a Frenchman and an Israeli are on the menu of a cannibal banquet. Before they are put in the pot, each one was granted a last favour by the cannibal chief. The American asks for a hotdog, the Englishman for a glass of whisky, the Frenchman for a pretty girl. The Israeli says; I would like somebody to give me a kick up the backside. Rather surprised, the chief sends for his strongest warriors who take great delight in acceding to the Israeli's request. The Israeli lands a little way off, draws two pistols from his pockets and opens fire on the cannibal chief and his men. The others, panic stricken, run away. The American, the Englishman and the Frenchman run over to him and asked why he did not use his gun earlier. The Israeli replies with a smile, "We Israelis never fight unless we are attacked".
While the 1956 Zionist aggression was carried out in collaboration with France and Britain, in June 1967, the US was the partner in crime with the Jews against the Arabs. There was jubilation everywhere in the capitals of Europe and the US. Britain and France were happy that this time the Zionists successfully avenged, on their behalf, their set backs in the 1956 aggression against Egypt.
Israel occupied and razed more than 400 Palestinian villages between 1948 and 1967 and established exclusive Jewish settlements in their place. There was hardly a word about this too. Almost six months later, the UN managed to pass a resolution No 242 in November 1967, which did not recognise the rights of the Palestinians to return home or statehood; instead stated that Israel should have secure and recognised boundaries.
Later the Zionists and their Western masters exploited the growing rift between Yasser Arafat's PLO and Jordan's playboy King Hussein and used Hussein to crush the PLO by killing about 30,000 Palestinians in the streets of Amman in September 1970. South African-born Zionist Foreign Minister Abba Eban threatened military action to protect King Hussein when Syria tried to intervene and stop the carnage in Amman. Since then King Hussein became the sweetheart of the West, which affectionately described him as the plucky little king who was given a grand political funeral when Israelis brought in world leaders to Amman.
In 1982 Menachem Begin and his Defence Minister Ariel Sharon invaded Lebanon to drive out the Palestine Liberation Organisation which established its base there after being expelled from Amman .Israel thought that they could not control the West Bank and Gaza as long as the PLO was alive and the Palestinians would derive their political will from it. Most Arab dictators too wanted to see the demise of the PLO, as they are helping Israel to destroy Hamas in Gaza now.
Prominent journalist and historian Peter Mansfield said that "anyone now doubting that Menachem Begin, his cabinet and his generals are not a danger to the world peace on the same scale as Hitler and Mussolini is beyond comprehension. After massive air raids Israel has launched a full scale invasion of a neighbouring country, slaughtering hundreds of civilians and terrorizing the population. It has brushed aside UN peace keeping forces and contemptuously dismissed the UN itself. Only South Africa can bear comparison, but beside Israel it appears cautious and restrained.
The attitude of the US is exasperating almost beyond endurance. The familiar pattern which we saw after the Israeli bombing of the Iraqi nuclear reactor and the annexation of Golan Heights is already repeating itself - initial condemnation followed by back tracking. It is no surprise that millions - not only Arabs and Muslims - are convinced that the Americans connived with the Israeli invasion , telling them to go ahead and not to bother about US public disapproval, because it would not be given any teeth.
As Beirut was bombed by air, land and sea, as they are now doing in Gaza, people throughout the world watched the wanton act of destruction unfolding beneath the relentless gaze of television. Within five days 8000 people, 2000 of them in Sidon alone, were killed by the invading Israeli forces and on June 12 and 13, about 400 Lebanese civilians, most of them women and children were blasted to death in their apartments. Hundreds of corpses were buried in one mass grave, now known as Martyr's Square, in Sidon alone.
British journalist with conscience Robert Fisk who covered the war said in his book Pity The Nation that most of the victims were Muslims and on the edge of Sabra, the Muslim cemetery was so crowded with dead from the Israeli raids that corpses were being buried thirty feet deep in mass graves, one on top of the other.
The bodies in decay are disgusting. The smell of human remains in 100 degrees of heat nauseating and it contradicts our most deeply held values - love, beauty, gentleness, health, cleanliness, hygiene and life. Both physically and mentally that stench was the manifestation of our fear and revulsion. When we first walked down the stairs of the Sidon elementary school, where refugees from
Tire found shelter, were bombed by the Israelis on June 7 night, we faced the smell of those men, women and children killed. Why did they die here? How could such an abomination have taken place? If terrorism was a Katyusha attack on Galilee that killed, one, five even ten people what did this charnel house represent?"
This was not an isolated incident throughout Israel's savage air raids as the Red Cross estimated at between 1,500 and 2,000 civilian fatalities in Sidon alone. According to the Red Cross, by the end of first week of the occupation 9,583 people were killed and 16,608 wounded. During the second week, the number reached 14,000, mainly civilians, killed and 20,000 wounded. A total of 12,000 men, women and children were killed in Tire, most of them in the Palestinian refugee camps at Rashidiya, Bourj Al Shemali and Al Bass. Nevertheless, the most horrific toll of casualties was in the Muslim areas of West Beirut where 2,461 were killed by the Israeli raids that also killed hundreds of others in many villages along the Litani River.
The air raids and massacres continued with Israel which, by then, had about 100,000 soldiers with 1,300 tanks in Lebanon, demanding complete surrender of the PLO whose forces were trapped in Beirut. As if the carnage by air raids were not enough the Jews began using, the US supplied destructive cluster bombs against West Beirut where the mournful exodus of citizens continued. No food was allowed in and the Israeli troops even grabbed baskets of food from Muslim women and threw them into the ditch. According to Robert Fisk, Phalangist militiamen grabbed two bottles of water from a 65 or 70 year old woman, smashing them saying "F...k your sister" in front of four Israeli soldiers, who laughed.
Describing the Israeli cruelty even in hospitals Dr. Amal Shamma of the Beirut Hospital said "after the Zionists fired phosphorus shells in West Beirut on 29 July, I had to take the babies and put them in buckets of water to put out of flames. When I look them out half an hour later, they were still burning. Even in the mortuary, they smouldered for hours". Journalist Jim Muir described the invasion as an Israeli American double act, working in partnership, with the Americans trying to reap the fruits of the Israeli invasion.
American envoys continued to press for the PLO capitulation, as they were trying to force the Hamas to do now, which Israel demanded. Washington joined the Israelis in promoting an extraordinary misinformation campaign suggesting the PLO collapse was imminent.
Condemning the barbarous invasion three prominent Jewish figures, Nahum Goldman, Philip Klutznick and Pierre Mendes, said Israel would not be able to liquidate the PLO or solve the Palestine question. Describing the US as the real villain they pointed out that the main responsibility for chaos in the Middle East was with the US because of its military and economic aid to Israel. Former US President Jimmy Carter accused Secretary of State Alexander Haig of giving the green light for the Israeli invasion.
The PLO leaders, as pointed out by Robert Fisk, spoke savagely of the moral cowardice of the fellow Arabs, as they are even today, who failed to react throughout the Israeli carnage? The so called radical Arab nations that had broadcast appeals to mobilize the masses on Palestinian's behalf failed to send their men or arms to support the cause for which they had fought four wars with
Israel. The Arab nations with their existing regimes were "as still as the grave", as they are today, and they accepted the Israeli blows only with written - verbal condemnation.
In 1976, Christian militiamen stormed three Palestinian refugee camps in East Beirut. Syrian troops intervened and entered Beirut as part of an Arab Deterrent Force. Instead of offering protection late Syrian President Hafez Al Asad's forces massacred about 30,000 Palestinians during this operation in Tel Al Zaater. In the melee, the Israeli-backed Christian militiamen massacred the entire population of Sabra and Chatila refugee camps despite the written assurances of US envoy Philip Habib and European countries ensuring the protection of the Palestinian civilians. Phalangists involved in the massacre said in Beirut that "pregnant women will give birth to terrorists; the children when they grow up will be terrorists".
Robert Fisk, accompanied by two more journalists Loren Jenkins, an American, and Tveit, a Norwegian, who visited the camp on September 18 morning had this to say of the mass killing;
"All of us wanted to vomit. We were breathing death, inhaling the very putrescence of the bloated. There were women lying in houses with their skirts torn up to their waists and their legs wide apart. Children with their throats cut, rows of young men shot in the back after being lined up at an execution wall. There were babies - blackened babies because they had been slaughtered more than 24 hours earlier and their small bodies were already in a state of decomposition - tossed into rubbish heaps alongside discarded US army ration tins, Israeli army medical equipment and empty bottles of whisky. When we drove down to Chatila we had seen the Israelis on top of the apartments in the Avenue Camille Chamoun but they made no attempt to stop us. Walking across the muddy entrance of Chatila we found that these buildings had all been dynamited to the ground. There were cartridge cases across the main road and Israeli flare canisters still attached to their tiny parachutes. Clouds of flies moved across the rubble, raiding parties with a nose for victory.
Down the lane way there laid a pile of corpses: young men whose arms and legs had been wrapped around each other in the agony of death; all had been shot at point blank range through the cheek, the bullet tearing away a line of flesh up to the ear and entering the brain. Some had vivid crimson or black scars down the left side of their throats. One had been castrated, his trousers torn open and a settlement of flies throbbing over his torn intestines. The eyes of the young men were all open. The youngest was only twelve or thirteen years old and the bodies began to bloat in heat. On the other side of the main road we found the bodies of women and several children. The corpse of the middle aged women lay draped over a pile of rubble. One lay on her back, her dress torn open and the head of a little girl emerging from behind her. Another child lay on the roadway like a discarded doll, her white dress stained with mud and dust. She could not have been more than three years old and her head been blown away by a bullet fired into her brain. One of the women also had a tiny baby to her body and the bullet that had passed through her breast had killed the baby too. Someone had slit open the woman's stomach, cutting sideways and then upwards, perhaps trying to kill her unborn child. Her eyes were wide open, her dark face frozen in horror.
They saw a young woman lying on her back as if she was sunbathing in the heat and the blood running from her back was still wet. The Israeli backed murderers who raped and knifed the woman have just left. Between September 16 and 18 more than 2,000 men, women, children and the aged were massacred in Sabra and Chatila. While the slaughter was going on inside the camp, as quoted by Robert Fisk, outside the entrance to Chatila on Friday at 4 pm James Pringle of Newsweek asked militiamen of Haddad's forces what was going on inside the camp. The gunman replied simply and in English "We are slaughtering." Pringle first thought it was a joke only to realise the horror within hours.
As confirmed later the massacre was committed by the Christian allies uniformed, armed, trained, paid and fed by Zionists Jews as their own creatures. Some wearing Phalangist insignia and others dressed in the uniform of Haddad's militia they were, about thirty, brought in at number one runway at Beirut airport, 24 hours before the massacre, on Thursday September 16, by the Israeli air force Hercules transport aircraft. The Israelis under Ariel Sharon, as admitted later, who controlled the camps, let the killers inside who began to knife and cut the throats of women and children in Chatila and later started sniping with rifles at anyone who moved out of doors. But the real massacre began with mass killings on 17 September Friday afternoon watched from the nearby stadium by the Israelis and Ariel Sharon. Most of those murdered were secretly and hurriedly buried in mass graves beneath the golf course between Chatila and the airport with bulldozers brought well in time for the purpose to cover up the crime. The other bodies found in Chatila were buried near the entrance to the camp amidst great grief and nauseating stench.
Shocked by the crime many countries asked how the Jews who have suffered so terribly under Hitler could be so heartless to commit such atrocities. Although Israel was responsible for the slaughter as an occupier Menachem Begin whose government was accused of "blood libel", living up to his old reputation and terrorist qualities, announced, "No one will preach to us moral values or respect for human life, on whose basis we were educated and will continue to educate generations of fighters in Israel".
Israel's Kahan commission's flawed report on the massacre, condemned Menachem Begin, Ariel Sharon, Eitan, Drori and other Israeli officers, concluded that Ariel Sharon should bear personal responsibility- for this genocide .Sick of Begin's crimes even the Israelis came out on demonstrations demanding his resignation while Professor Yeshayahu Leibotvitz of the Hebrew University, the Editor of Encyclopaedia Hebraica said "the massacre was done by us. The Phalangists are our mercenaries exactly as the Ukrainians and the Croatians and the Slovakians were the mercenaries of Hitler, who organised them as soldiers to do the work for him. Even so we have organised the assassins of Lebanon in order to murder the Palestinians".
As a result of the Israeli invasion, almost 17,825 people were killed between June 4 and September 1982. Ariel Sharon, a man of blood whose history of terror stretches back to the early 1950s when he ran a commando squad which slaughtered 69 Palestinians in the village of Qibbiya and who is known for his lead role in the carnage of Palestinian civilians in villages such as Kafr Kassim, Deir Yassin and other places decades later, was directly and indirectly responsible for this massacre. He did not end his crimes there.
In September 2000, Ariel Sharon triggered off the Palestinian uprising now known as Al Aqsa Intifada, entered Masjid Al Aqsa compound in Jerusalem accompanied by around 2,000 Israeli armed forces provided by Ehud Barak who, as prime minister, slaughtered stone throwing Palestinian men, women and children.
Ehud Barak's suggestion for dealing with the Intifada demonstrators was to "cut off their body parts". By any reasonable reckoning, he was a war criminal, destined only to exile and disgrace. His best friends are mentally deranged people such as Avigdor Liberman who openly advocates setting Beirut on fire, launching missiles at Tehran, destroying the Aswan dam and recapturing villages already handed back to the Palestinians. The Western leaders went all out to set up international war crime tribunals to bring to book criminals such as former Yugoslav leader Slobodan Milosevic for Srebrenica massacre and Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet for his infamous "Caravan of Death, but it has been business as usual with Ariel Sharon the man held personally responsible for the largest massacre of civilians in the history of the Arab-Israeli conflict.
It is a comedy of fact that Ariel Sharon" a villain of peace and architect of man massacre" was accorded a red carpet welcome as a" Paragon of Peace" at the White House by President George Bush-the big bully and a buccaneer of peace.
Receiving Ariel Sharon later at his private ranch Bush offered specially prepared chocolate wrapped in paper designed with the motif of the Israeli flag. Billions of dollars of United States' tax payers' money regularly flow annually to help the Zionist entity besides unstinted political, diplomatic, economic and military backing to continue its crime against neighbouring countries and their people. Tony Blair received Sharon at his office as a respected and dignified leader. Both Bush and his wife Laura prayed for Sharon's early recovery when he suffered a serious stroke. This shocking behaviour of both Bush and Blair demonstrated to the world the brutal control the Jews exercise over the Anglo- American political establishment and political leaders, especially Bush and Blair who shamelessly claimed that they were fighting a war against global terror.
Sharon was given a free hand by Western leaders to kill Palestinians at will on a daily basis, destroy Palestinian homes, evict Palestinians from their lands and build thousands of homes for Jews. When the Zionists continue to kill innocent Arabs and shed their blood, the leaders in the West turned a blind eye. But they were outraged when a Palestinian killed a Jew who was occupying his house and land. Almost all Western leaders screamed and condemned such executions as acts of terror and describe Palestinians as terrorists. No Western leader has ever described Jewish crime and bloodshed in the Middle East as a form of terrorism.
In the midst , in a spotless democratic election held in January 2006 the Palestinians elected with overwhelming majority Hamas, known for their commitment to the Palestinian cause and pursuit of peace with dignity. This election was held under the supervision of former US President Jimmy Carter who described it as free and fair,
This budding democracy in Gaza alarmed Israel, the US and their European and Arab collaborators who wanted Hamas crushed at any cost. Arabs dictators were alarmed that their own people may demand democracy. Israel introduced inhuman measures to collectively punish the Palestinians for electing Hamas. Israel, backed by US and Europe, stopped all donations and cut off the flow of all money to starve Palestine into submission. The Arab regimes too joined this financial blockade knowing very well the misery they were causing to the Palestinians who needed this money to keep body and soul together.
The task of overthrowing the Hamas government was entrusted to Mahmoud Abbas who was bribed, armed and even given arms training by the US through Egypt proving to the world that the US claim to promote democracy is a farce.
Israeli peace activist Uri Avnery said "the message of Jews, the US and Europe to Palestinian is that you will reach the brink of hunger, and even beyond, if you do not surrender. You must remove the Hamas government and elect candidates approved by Israel and the US. You must be satisfied with a Palestinian state consisting of several enclaves, each of which will be utterly dependent on the tender mercies of Israel'.
In the midst of this gloom and while the world was busy watching the 2006 World Cup Football Championships, Israel's latest Fuhrer Olmert turned Gaza into a yet another slaughter house aimed at crushing Hamas and the flourishing democracy there. As usual, the Western media failed to highlight the Palestinian sufferings and there was deafening international silence.
As expected, the US gave a free hand while spineless Europe called for restraint. India, once the champion of Palestine, virtually abandoned the Palestinians and embraced Israel and established a Delhi-Tel Aviv-Washington axis. The Arab leaders who counted on Indian support watched as helpless spectators. It was business as usual for China with Israel while the UN Secretary General Kofi Annan expressed his concern at the excessive use of force by Israel and the need to preserve Palestinian institutions and infrastructure.
Unable to bear the suffering, Hamas demolished the towering iron and concrete border wall that Israel erected since 2003 and broke open the Rafah border allowing hundreds of thousands to burst out and shop for desperately needed supplies in Egyptian border towns. In this unbelievable movement of joy and freedom they traveled by
car, truck on the foot and on donkey cart and the highway was jammed with packed taxis and pick-up trucks whose beds were filled beyond capacity and racing from Egyptian Rafah to al-Arish. Some journalists have called it a huge "jail break" and Gazans felt a deep exhale of relief joy -- both rare commodities in this forsaken land.
Israel continued to tighten its economic blockade to starve Palestinians and force them to rise against Hamas. The situation deteriorated to such an extend that on 9 December 2008 Dr. Richard Falk, UN Special Rapporteur on the Situation of Human Rights in the Palestinians Territories, forcefully insisted on the need to protect civilian Palestinian population from being collectively punished by Israeli policies that amount to a Crime Against Humanity.
The UNHRC harshly reprimanded Israel for its policies and called for an end to their "cruel, inhuman and degrading" punishments. Falk insisted the UN International Criminal Court investigate into Israel's atrocious crimes and those Israeli civilian leaders and military commanders responsible be indicted and prosecuted for violations of international criminal law."
As a result Richard Falk who was on his way to the Palestinian occupied territories to carry out his officially mandated functions was detained at Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv where he was forced to spend 20 hours in a small room before being put on a plane bound for Los Angeles. Falk's mobile phone was confiscated to prevent him from contacting other officials of the United Nations before his deportation.
The detention of Richard Falk meant a clear violation of UN immunities, which protect UN envoys and their activities. Falk had been invited by the Palestinian Authority to visit the occupied territories to check the numerous and continued human rights violations by Israeli authorities. The civilized world and its institutions cannot continue to turn a blind eye while Israel commits all kinds of awful crimes against the Palestinian people. Many politicians in the West have been taking a cowardly approach on Israeli atrocities due to their fear of the Zionist lobbies in their respective countries.
Even in the face of Dr. Falk's and the UNHRC's findings and conclusions Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the other Arab regimes and the feckless Arab League, all remained silent .
The situation continued to deteriorate when Israel intensified its blockade and Egypt once again closing the Rafah border crossing. Condemning the terrible conditions of Palestinians former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mary Robinson, told the BBC during the first week of November 2008 that it was "almost unbelievable" that the world did not care about what she called "a shocking violation of so many human rights. Their whole civilization has been destroyed, I'm not exaggerating .It's almost unbelievable that the world doesn't care while this is happening."
It was under these circumstances, using US supplied latest bunker buster missiles,F-16 warplanes and Apache helicopter gunships, Israel, in the latest of its war crimes against Palestinians on 27 December 2008 dropped around 100 tons of bombs on1.5 million defenseless and starving Palestinian population killing mercilessly 220 men, women, children and the aged besides wounding hundreds.This ruthless and senseless carnage continued unabatedly at the time of concluding this document on 9 January 2008 when the death toll chalked up to 760.
Television footages of scattered dead bodies of innocent little babies, beautiful small children , teenagers, brothers, sisters, parents and the aged ,some lying in a pile ,some being carried away by distraught rescuers and the wounded writhing in pain and reciting verses from the Quran. These pathetic sights melted the hearts of people all over the world- irrespective of religion, language, nationality and colour.
But, they failed to kindle the conscience of the ruling elites in the West and the Middle East as well, because they were party to this crime that was marketed well in advance by Israel Foreign Minister Tizipi Livni a woman who justified this massacre. Israeli justification for this genocide is that Hamas firing rockets into southern Israel which in fact was the land of Palestinians grabbed by the Zionist Jews. However, these rockets are nothing more than slingshots against Israel's military might and the Palestinians use them out of sheer desperation to highlight their just grievances.
As expected and as usual the most detested and despised US President George Bush, soaked in the blood of almost two million Iraqis, Afghans, Palestinians, Somalis and other Muslims, blamed Hamas. British Prime Minister Gordon Brown whose affection towards Jews has been too strong to condemn their crimes, was rather silent .After all it was British treachery and conspiracy that created racist entity of Israel whose crime records during the past three quarter century have been common knowledge.
President elect Barack Obama too failed to speak out despite growing pressure sending his own message-"Silence Speaks of Complicity". After all, he must be grateful to the Jewish lobbies and corporate conglomerates that brought him to power. Our Foreign Office went so far as to say they were "deeply concerned" then spouted the mantra: The only way to achieve a lasting peace is through peaceful means".Reiterating this, another columnist pointed out that this killing spree could not have happened without the tacit approval of America, Britain and the EU. The political pea-brains that direct the pro-Israel western alliance were partying, gorging themselves on Christmas fare or binge-shopping while this massacre of hungry women and children and their despairing men folk in Gaza was being planned and executed.
It has become clear on the fourth day that the Jewish carnage was planned executed by Israel in close coordination with Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the PA. According to subsequent reports they were backed by neo con fascist Bush and Cheney in their drive to cause problems to the incoming President Barrack Obama.Some reports disclosed that, though the PA President Mahmoud Abbas slammed this as "barbaric" and "unnecessary "for months he and his top representatives have waged a quiet but intensive campaign requesting Israel to target Hamas in Gaza just before his term in office is scheduled to expire on Jan. 9.
Hamas leaders have repeatedly warned that they will not recognize Abbas after January ninth. Instead, they will launch a major campaign to delegitimize the PA president and install their own figures to lead the Palestinian government. Abbas,
collaborator with the Zionists, expected a large-scale Israeli military campaign in Gaza to distract Hamas from undermining his rule. He has been fully backed by Israel, Egypt's Hosni Mubarak,
Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and Jordan's Abdullah.
Hamas accused the Palestinian Authority of planning to return to Gaza Strip with the help of Israel and was coordinating his moves with the Egyptians and the Saudis. A report by Palestine Information Center stated that Mahmoud Abbas has ordered his officials in Ramallah to set up an "emergency room" comprised of commanders of the PA security forces and the interior minister, to prepare for reassuming office perhaps over the blood, flesh, dead bodies and the sufferings of Palestinians and destroyed infrastructure of Gaza.
Fawzi Barhoum, Hamas representative, disclosed that members of the cell were
told to gather information about Hamas leaders' secret hideouts and pass them on to Israel obviously to kill them. He said number of retired Fatah officers sought permission from Abbas to defend Gaza. However Abbas did not respond. This is the lowest depth to which Mahmoud Abbas and his Palestine Authority that served the Israelis more than the Palestinians, has descended.
In fact after months of persecution of Hamas in the west Bank, PA security forces, in cooperation with Israeli forces, launched the biggest ever crackdown in late October 2008, swept through villages, town and refugee camps , arrested Hamas men on the basis of a list provided Shin Beit Israel's domestic intelligence, subjected them to severe beatings and ridiculed them for their Islamic life and practices. Their target was to destroy Hamas' political, economic, social, educational and cultural infrastructure.
During a scandalous meeting between Israelis and the PA Security Chiefs in Beit El , near Ramallah, Palestinian General Diab al Ali, known as Abu Fatah, reportedly told the Israelis that " we are allies, not enemies. We have a common enemy, it is Hamas". When the details were published even sources within Fatah called him a traitor and demanded that his sacking.
Meanwhile London-based daily al-Quds al-Arabi reported on Sunday 28 that Egypt collaborated with Israel in this massacre to deal a blow to Hamas. Egyptian Intelligence Minister Omar Suleiman deceived Hamas into believing that Israel would not launch an attack on the Gaza Strip in the near future.
Citing sources close to former Palestinian Foreign Minister Mahmoud al-Zahar, Al Quds reported, "Egypt told Hamas on Friday evening that Israel had agreed to begin talks on a ceasefire and would not attack Gaza before these talks ended. Egypt's assurance persuaded Hamas not to evacuate its security compounds in accordance with routine procedures in place after any threats by Israel. Suleiman also convinced a number of Arab leaders that Israel was intending to launch only limited operations into the Gaza Strip to mount pressure on Hamas ahead of signing a new ceasefire agreement".
In a heartless move Hosni Mubraka declared that he would keep the Rafah crossings with Gaza closed until Mahmud Abbas regains authority over the territory. Mubarak came in for strong criticism from the Arab and Muslim world for not fully opening its border with Gaza to enable Palestinians to purchase their essential items including food and medicine. However, George Bush thanked Hosni Mubarak for his role in facilitating the latest Israeli slaughter of innocent Palestinians. This was the shameful role of Hosni Mubarak, more a Zionist stooge than an Arab leader, who has become a source of humiliation to the Arabs and Muslims in general and the Egyptians in particular.
Two days before the carnage Mubarak held talks with Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni triggering off charges of collusion that led to attacks on Egyptian diplomatic missions both in Beirut and the Yemeni port city of Aden.
Meanwhile it is common knowledge that Israel also had the blessings of Saudis whose long secret links with the Zionists have now come to open with their Islamic mask falling. Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Jordan have been puppets of Americans and the Zionists who rule America and one should not forget that these countries were hand in glove with the Zionists, America and Europe in all their designs and destructions against the Arabs and Muslims.
In one of the most humiliating decisions in the history of Islam ,Saudis rolled red carpet to receive George Bush, number one enemy of Islam, Muslims and humanity, though he should not have been allowed to step into the soil chosen by Almighty Allah to raise our beloved Prophet Muhammed ( Pbuh) and reveal the final message of Islam for the salvation of human beings. Yet the sights of death and destruction struck close to the hearts of brutally oppressed Egyptians who accused Mubarak's regime of taking a spectator's position while the blood of the Palestinians continues to be shed in the Gaza Strip. They asserted, "Arab governments are complicit in what happens to the Palestinians. These governments assisted Israel tighten its grip on the dispossessed Palestinians and kill them."
"Mubarak and Tzipi Livni have agreed on the genocide of the Palestinian people," read one banner. "Mubarak is an accomplice in attacks against the Palestinian people," read another.
As pointed out by the World Socialist sources the hypocritical and lying reports of the pro Jewish Western media, which shamelessly described Israel's aerial blitz against apartment blocks, police stations, universities, mosques and office buildings as an act of "self defense," while equating the occupied with the occupiers and ineffectual homemade rockets with US-supplied F-16s, Hellfire missiles and "smart bombs. No Arab country has condemned this dastardly Jewish crime against Palestinians .Eleven days later, the Arab foreign ministers met with great reluctance, more as a public relations exercise, on Wednesday 31. Knowing the Arab dictators well, the expectations were extremely low when 22 Arab countries met .In fact the Arab populace knew well that it was unlikely that the league would agree to any concrete measure despite widespread protests across the Arab world.
As expected, the Arab League meeting decided to refer the matter to United Nations knowing very well that already a related UN Security Council Resolution was blocked by the US on Sunday 28. The US Security Council only managed to issue a 'non-binding' statement that called on Israel to voluntarily end all its military activities in the besieged region. One should not forget that US has so far vetoed over 40 anti-Israeli resolutions sought by the council since 1972. Since 2004, Washington has prevented the adoption of four other resolutions that called for Tel Aviv to halt its operations in the Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile reports also started to emerge on numerous websites that Saudi Arabia and Egypt tried to delay the so-called Arab summit to provide Israel with sufficient time to destroy Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal has reportedly put pressure on Gulf Cooperation Council countries to postpone the summit while the Saudi state-run news agency had earlier quoted Saud al-Faisal as saying that the GCC had not made a decision on a call for an emergency meeting on Gaza.
Meanwhile there emerged reports that Abdulla of Saudi Arabia has reportedly told President George Bush during a telephone conversation that he would not ask Israel to stop bombing Palestinians in Gaza.
In a sheer traditional display of Saudi hypocrisy, Abdullah called on Palestinian factions to unite against their common enemy when he received a delegation from the International Union for Muslim Scholars, IUMS, led by Sheikh Yousuf Al-Qaradawi. The question is who the enemy is when there were reports of Saudi collaboration in the Israeli slaughter of Palestinians in Gaza. As usual, Al- Qaradawi praised Abdullah for his tremendous support for Islamic causes and for endeavoring to unite Muslim ranks. Perhaps al- Qaradawi was not aware that the Abdulla was hand in glove with Israel in slaughtering the Palestinians.
The immediate question is to save the Palestinians before thinking of unity.The need of the hour was for immediate concrete measures to stop the Israeli genocide. Instead displaying sheer hypocrisy and treachery at the opening of the Cairo meeting, Amr Moussa, General Secretary of the Arab League, called for an immediate meeting of rival Palestinian factions as a diversionary ploy.
Responding, the Iranian President Ahmadinejad warned that setting up committees and making speeches would not be an adequate response to the offensive that has killed nearly 400 Palestinians.
"If the Arab League does not want to do anything today, when does it want to act? Aren't these oppressed Palestinians Arabs? So, when should the capacity of the Arab League be used? The Arab League should act quickly," said Ahmadinejad who also criticized the United Nations' failure to rise up to its responsibility and save the Palestinians.
These are the crime records of Zionist Jews with whom the Arab rulers were competing to establish good relations. What a shame?
The Arab rulers have become collaborators with Israel to slaughter their own people to help implement Zionist Jewish evil designs on the Middle East.
Sixty years later today Israel has emerged as the only lawless racist entity of its kind, living up to its illegitimate birth, threatening not only the Middle East, but also the entire world. War crimes or human rights violations committed by the major powers or their allies in particular are always treated with impunity, not necessarily according to different yardsticks and standards and go unpunished. The prospects are certainly not encouraging in the case of Israel, which has long been allowed by its Western sponsors to violate a string of UN Security Council resolutions, while other states in the region are subjected to lethal sanctions, and bombing attacks for their transgressions.
The state of Israel is a unique in the sense this is the only case in known history where:
· Sons of the soil, Palestinians, who lived there for more than 4,000 years, were killed and kicked out at gunpoint to languish as refugees in abject poverty to accommodate Jews who hade not even set eyes on this land.
· Jews from any part of the world could settle down in the occupied Palestinian lands, only because they are Jews, whereas the Palestinians, driven out of their homes and still holding the keys to their houses and title deeds for the lands were not permitted to return.
· The United Nations violated its very charter by recognizing a state for these migrant Jews while depriving the sons of the soil, the Palestinians, a home and state on their own lands from where they were driven out.
· History of Zionism has become nothing but a history of crimes, conspiracies, bloodshed, murders, massacres and lawlessness.
· Israel - The only entity in known history that repeatedly elects mass murderers and war criminals as prime ministers.
· The only entity that has caused unprecedented damage to the image of righteous Jews.
· The only entity where a Rabbi, Jewish priest, supposed to follow in the footsteps of the Prophet Moses and occupying Palestinian land could proudly say that the lives of one million Palestinians are not worth a fingernail of a Jew and gets away with it.
Western leaders dare not utter a word against the Zionists and their crimes, as they are well aware of the disastrous consequences. The international Jewry will react promptly and ruthlessly, bring out their skeletons from the cupboards, disgrace and finish them off once and for all. Just to cite two cases were the plight of former UN Secretary General Kurt Waldhiem who later became Austrian Chancellor and failed to please the Zionists and the former US President Bill Clinton, who was disgraced by the scandalous sex liaison with Monica Lewinsky, when he tried to negotiate peace between Israel and Palestinians was not to their liking.
The situation is such that the leaders of the West and even the Middle East simply need to listen to the dictates of international Jewry which brutally controls the economy, finance, industry, media, entertainment and thereby the politics, political establishments and politicians and rule as the invisible force behind the throne in the entire West and thus the world. The philosophy is "toe the line, turn a blind eye to their crimes to survive and thrive. Or else stand up to Jewish crimes, face their wrath, suffer in disgrace and ruin your life".
Sixty years of Zionist Jews' crime records have proved beyond doubt that they are not normal human beings with normal human feelings and respect to the feelings of others. Instead they have become heartless and merciless people hell bent on, usurping others basic rights, grabbing others lands and harming others under various pretexts and that too in the most brutal manner which may even make Hitler shy.

What is appalling is that even some Arab leaders, ignoring the suffering Palestinians and their legitimate cause, opted to recognise and deal with the Zionists while some developing countries, including giants among them, have conveniently dropped the Palestinians in their rush to embrace and deal with the Zionists!
Now that the whole world including leaders in some Muslim countries too have turned against Muslims where do we Muslims stand and what do we do to save ourselves from future carnages? Ends
